Hoop Land Adds New Features, Improvements For Season and Career Modes

A new Hoop Land update is available for iOS and Android devices bringing a range of additions and improvements to Season and Career Mode. Hoop Gram, a new social media-style feature, is now part of Career Mode, offering another way to engage with players and teams. 

Those who reach All-Star rank will unlock new front office abilities, adding depth to team management. During games, players can now choose to either spectate or rest for the remainder, giving more control over how each session plays out. Editing players is also now possible once a relationship level of 10 is reached and usernames for players, coaches and teams on Hoop Gram can be customized.

Outside of Career Mode, team control can be switched in both Exhibition and Commissioner Mode, adding more flexibility for those managing multiple teams. To improve stability, image size restrictions have been introduced for logos and table graphics, helping reduce the risk of crashes. Check out the patch notes below.

Season Mode Improvements

• Added ability to sort all players by their overall player rank
• Added ability to clear cache from optimization settings screen
• Added players declaring for the draft to league news
• Added award winners to league news
• Added player attributes to Edit Player screen
• Re-added player Profile button to Player Stats screen
• Improved cpu transaction optimization when simulating day to day
• Improved rotation minutes optimization between starters and bench players
• Increased player performance weighting when coaches determine the starting lineup
• Increased starter minutes during the postseason
• Skills that unlock in clutch situations no longer scale with game length
• Player control buttons now displays team names

Career Mode Improvements

• Added new Hoop Gram social event after games
• Added ability to receive contract extensions from current team
• Added ability to follow player from Player Options screen
• Added ability to follow coach from Coach Options screen
• Added ability to follow team from Team Options screen
• Added crowd cheer when draft selection is made
• Added team role and projected minutes to career player and team matchup screen
• Added player relationship to Scouting Report screen
• Added trophy status to practice drill scoreboard
• Added confirmation for trade requests and retirement announcements
• Improved trade request function
• Improved text formatting for award names in the trophy case
• Players no longer receive contract offers from every team when becoming a free agent
• Hall of Fame points is now rounded to the lowest integer

Gameplay Improvements

• Added timeout button when timeouts are available
• Added game score and time, game settings, and version text to replay mode
