10. Alundra Blayze ’94 (91 OVR)

Starting with a legend, Alundra Blayze ’94 takes the spot as the tenth-highest-rated female wrestler in WWE 2K26. Honestly, we could not expect anything else, as nothing below a 90 would justify the Hall of Fame’s impact in the scene during her reign as the Women’s Champion.

9. Stephanie Vaquer (92 OVR)

A reflection of her explosive arrival, which saw her claim and defend the WWE Women’s World Champion belt multiple times, Stephanie Vaquer received a massive +8 OVR boost when compared to her 2K25 self. WWE 2K26 also marks the first time La Primera is featured as part of the mainline roster.

8. Naomi (92 OVR)

Naomi’s 2025 was full of ups and downs, as although it started with a surprising heel turn, it ended with The Glow going on a rampage and winning the Women’s World Championship for the third time. As you can expect, that was also reflected in her new rating, boasting a +7 increase when compared to 2K25.

7. Liv Morgan (92 OVR)

Continuing a steady climb since her 2K debut, Liv Morgan’s 92 OVR puts her in a four-way tie, only gaining advantage over Naoni and Vaquer via alphabetical order alone. That, however, does not diminish her achievements, with her Tag Team Championship win, multiple successful defences, and upcoming title fight doing most of the talking.

6. AJ Lee ’15 (92 OVR)

Even if her Intercontinental win is still fresh in the memory of many, it’s AJ Lee’s 2015 self that clinches the spot within WWE 2K26‘s top 10. Let’s be honest here, this is more than deserved, as her dominance during the early 2010’s culminated in an enviable record, including a Divas Championship three-peat. Lee’s appearance also carries another significance by marking her return to the franchise after an 11-year absence.

5. Iyo Sky (93 OVR)

Iyo Sky’s 93 reflects her status and growth during the last couple of years, be it while defending her title on WrestleMania 41 or claiming the Women’s Tag Team Championship with her rival/now partner Rhea Ripley. The above also saw her Moonsalt past her 2K25 rating to clinch her first-ever +90 OVR.

4. Charlotte Flair (93 OVR)

Carrying the weight of her name, Charlotte Flair’s 93 OVR is the result of years of consistency, which culminate in her staying above the 90-rated mark for the fourth year in a row. We know that 2025 has not been her most successful year, but her belt attempts and Tag Team Championship title show that not even a long-term injury can keep The Queen away from the spotlight.

3. Bianca Belair (94 OVR)

Tied with Lynch for the second overall spot but getting third in our list via alphabetical order, Bianca Belair’s 94 rating sees her take the top spot among the SmackDown female superstars in WWE 2K26. Even if still on a hiatus, caused by a serious hand injury suffered during her WrestleMania 41’s triple threat match, The EST of the WWE’s rating is another testament to her talent and how dominant she can be while at her best.

2. Becky Lynch (94 OVR)

Following another highlight year and her newfound rivalry with Valkyria, Becky Lynch received her highest OVR since 2K24 with a 94. Although a phenomenal achievement by itself, the rating was still not enough for her to reclaim her spot as RAW’s top-rated female wrestler, and caused many, including The Man herself, to claim that her evaluation had once again failed to reflect her recent performances/impact.

1. Rhea Ripley (96 OVR)

To the delight of all who just saw her fight her way into her seventh Wrestlemania, Rhea Ripley keeps her crown as the highest-rated female superstar in WWE 2K26. The two-time World Champion’s 96 OVR also makes her both the highest-rated active superstar in the roster and ties her with legends John Cena, John Cena ’17, The Rock ’01, and Undertaker as the game’s fourth overall. You can’t get any bigger than that, right? Well, if Mami’s performances have any say in it, she might actually make it to 97 in a few more years.

How Are The WWE 2K26 Ratings Decided?

Answering a long-asked question, Dino Zucconi, WWE 2K26‘s Showcase Lead Designer, and Eric Cornell Gunter, the Gameplay Designer for Visual Concepts, revealed in an interview with WellPlayed that a superstar’s current status on the WWE programming, likelihood of winning matches, and whether or not they have or currently hold championships plays a part when deciding each current star’s rating. For legends, they then take the sum of either their career or set periods into account.
