The controversial drama between Brittany Renner and PJ Washington has taken a huge turn. A video on social media surfaced where the media personality was seen arguing with the Dallas Mavericks forward on the custody exchange and welfare of their son, PJ Jr. 

The video of the heated exchange saw Washington and his current wife, Alisah Chanel, confronting Renner, who was with her mother at her home. The Basketball Wives star took issue with PJ Jr. crying, as it was clearly not a normal act. Renner mentioned how it was the third time PJ Jr. cried while being handed over to his father. Washington accused Renner of babying the kid, which was denied by both.

Brittany Renner’s Custody Battle With PJ Washington Turned Ugly

Brittany Renner and PJ Washington welcomed their son, PJ Jr., in 2021. However, the basketball star married Alisah two years later. He has two sons with Alisah, born in 2022 and 2025, respectively. 

Washington and Renner split in July 2021 shortly after the birth of PJ Jr. According to reports, Renner filed for divorce in the summer of 2021 and clarified last year that she shares joint custody with Washington. 

Renner also revealed that she receives $2,500 a month for their child’s support from Washington. Despite their legal settlement, both are truly not fond of each other, as seen in the recent heated video.
