The official launch trailer for Forza Horizon 6 arrived today, giving players another look at Playground Games’ upcoming open-world racer ahead of its release later this month. The video puts the spotlight on the game’s Japan setting, featuring everything from neon-filled city streets and winding mountain roads to quiet countryside areas and massive festival moments that continue to lean into the series’ fast and stylish racing feel.
The footage showcases street racing, drifting and high-speed highway driving across environments inspired by Tokyo and other areas throughout Japan. The game will have improved sound design, deeper customization options and a launch car roster featuring more than 550 vehicles.

Forza Horizon 6 launches on May 19 with Day One access included through Game Pass. Players who pick up the Premium Edition or Premium Edition upgrade can jump in a little earlier starting May 15. A PlayStation 5 release is also planned for later this year.
