3DClouds has teamed up with the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship to bring a new expansion to Formula Legends. Titled Formula E: Electric Evolution, the add-on arrives April 30 for PC, Xbox and PlayStation with a Nintendo release planned for a later date. The paid DLC will cost $7.99 and focuses on capturing the rise of Formula E from its early days to the modern era.
The expansion gives players access to the full lineup of teams, drivers and manufacturers from the official series, along with a selection of real-world circuits including Berlin, Tokyo, London, São Paulo, Miami and Shanghai. It also features multiple generations of Formula E cars, from GEN1 through GEN3 EVO, each designed with distinct handling, acceleration and energy management traits to reflect how the series has evolved over time.
On the gameplay side, the update introduces systems that mirror the real sport more closely. Players will need to manage battery usage throughout races, take advantage of ATTACK MODE for short bursts of extra power and compete in double header race weekends. The goal is to deliver a more complete Formula E experience, highlighting both the strategy and speed that define the all-electric series.
