  1. Nice...I just happened to wonder about this yesterday and saw a few online articles and vids questioning if the game was going to be delayed or not even released.
Not sure why there were rumors on no release? They have a deal with WWE for another year or two, lol.
Anyway. Brock looks great, little more red tinted. The lighting in the Bayley pic is outstanding, but the Bayley buddies and fans are very meh still.
    Cant wait for Monday!

I knew there was never any doubt on the release. Just a little bit of a delay on when they normally release the first info.
I know this because I saw an short article about 5-6 months ago that WWE and 2K are going to start taking the game more seriously and 2K is pouring a lot more money development because WWE wants the game on par with NBA 2K as far as gameplay and features. I will try to find the article and link it here.
I expect lot of gameplay improvement. 19 was a step in the right direction I think. So I have pretty high expectations.
I can say without a doubt I do not give a damn how good WWE 2K20 looks visually. 2K19 looks great, but when the gameplay is repetitive and formulaic it does not matter.
They need to figure out CPU difficulty, what to do about reversals and the submission system, and make the game more of a fighting game and less of a simulation.
Ironically (or not) by trying to make it more realistic they've made it feel more on rails and scripted. They can add modes and characters all they want, but the game needs to be more fun, challenging and exciting.
Yeah, I think it's time to swing back toward an arcade PS2 game style for these things.
I'd be all for a sim style if the AI attempted to perform a wrestling match at all. But they don't put the effort into giving the AI any real sim logic so the matches just end up being slow and repetitive crawls to the finish.

    No
    Thank

Yeah I much prefer the slower, simulation style pace of the game now. If they can find a way to give us options so we can do arcade style if we want that's preferable. Options is what it's all about. Let people customize the game to their liking that way both crowds are as happy as possible.
