This year’s game will also include Nira Juanco, a Spanish football broadcaster and reporter for Gol Television on LaLiga, who will be the first female announcer in the history of the EA SPORTS FIFA game franchise.

FIFA 21 launches worldwide on October 9 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. If you pre-order the FIFA 21 Ultimate Edition or Champions Edition you’ll be able to play on October 6. The EA Play trial for FIFA 21 starts on October 1.

  1. They should just go ahead and at least add the NWSL or FA WSL to the game. Adding them in would take less work than them adding in an entire game mode like Volta. Sure they'd have to actually record appropriate dialog but they need new commentary anyway.
    As for Nina Juanco maybe I've missed it but is she going to be actually calling games or is she being relegated to the Spanish language version of Geoff Shreeves and Alan McInally.
    I remember a old FIFA game, maybe around FIFA 03 that had Julie Foudy as an announcer.  She didn't do play-by-play, she was the analyst, so maybe they mean Nira is the first female play-by-play announcer.
