FC 26 Title Update 1.5.1 Patch Notes and More

Several systems receive improvements.

EA FC 26 continues its steady post-launch support cycle with the arrival of Title Update 1.5.1. It’s a smaller follow-up update for the changes introduced in the larger 1.5 update. While it may not add new content, it does help smooth out gameplay issues and improve overall stability.

To understand the significance of Update 1.5.1, it’s important to look at what came before it. Title Update 1.5 was one of the more impactful updates the game has received. It focused heavily on gameplay balance, particularly passing, shooting mechanics, and PlayStyles.

The update made adjustments to ground passing accuracy, improved power and chip shots, and tweaked systems like Tiki-Taka playstyles to reduce overpowered strategies.

That patch also extended beyond gameplay, introducing Career Mode updates, new ICON integrations, and improvements to Clubs. In short, Update 1.5 aimed to rebalance the experience and create a more skill-based, less exploit-driven environment.

However, as with most major patches, it also introduced some unintended issues, and that’s where Title Update 1.5.1 comes in.
