WWE Games has announced that El Grande Americano will step in as the replacement for the previously planned celebrity guest in the WWE 2K25 New Wave Pack.
He’ll come with his own entrance video, music and moveset, and will be available in September for anyone who owns the New Wave Pack, Season Pass, Ringside Pass, Deadman Edition or Bloodline Edition. The update comes after a long wait, as 2K originally mentioned a celebrity guest back in May, saying WWE would reveal more details in the weeks to follow.
Up next is the Fearless Pack, launching July 23, which features New Jack, Jordynne Grace, Penta and Bull Nakano, along with a special celebrity guest still to be announced. That will be followed by the Attitude Era Superstars Pack on September 17, bringing in D’Lo Brown, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, Victoria and Mark Henry. The final DLC of the year, the Saturday Night’s Main Event Pack, is set for November 12 and includes Jesse Ventura, “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff, Tito Santana, Junkyard Dog and Sid Justice.
