The first batch of FUT Birthday cards is already live in EA FC 25, and as soon as they leave packs, Team 2 players will be pooled. As usual, we won’t get the full list of players until the moment it goes live, but several featured cards for the team have already been leaked.
Outside of these Team 2 cards, expect plenty of new promo cards that’ll be available through objectives, packs, and possibly through the new seasonal reward track — Season 6 will begin as we enter the second half of the promo. Of all the leaks so far, it looks like we will have very solid additions for the season and the upcoming FUT Birthday squad.
All that said, below is everything you can expect for the second half of the FUT Birthday promo in EA FC 25.
EA FC 25 FUT Birthday Team 2 Release Times
Team 2 for the FUT Birthday promo in EA FC 25 will go live on March 14, 2025, at 11 AM PT (2 PM ET, 6 PM GMT). Like Team 1, all the players will be available for one week before leaving the Ultimate Team on Friday at the same time.

All Leaked EA FC FUT Birthday Team 2 Players
So far, only five active players have been leaked for FUT Birthday Team 2 — Virgil van Dijk, Harry Maguire, Renato Sanches, Julian Alvarez, and Presnel Kimpembe.
Virgil van Dijk is enjoying a strong domestic season and is widely regarded as one of the best modern center-backs. The Dutchman’s FUT Birthday card is likely to mirror his real-life dominance and stand among the best in the game, perhaps offering some consolation to Reds fans after their recent Champions League exit.
Manchester United’s Harry Maguire wasn’t in any way remarkable under Erik ten Hag, but he has been getting good minutes under Rúben Amorim. Luckily for United, the Englishman is proving the gaffer’s faith was well-placed with his improved performances. Julián Álvarez has had a strong few seasons, so we expect the Argentinian to be one of the highest-rated cards of the promo. The rest will likely sit a tier well below.
That’s about all headline players that have been leaked to be included in the next team. While the details on Team 2 are slim, we do know a couple of other players who are coming through challenges and SBCs. The biggest of them all is Al Owairan with three Playstyle+. He is speculated to be part of the new season pass for the upcoming Season 6. EA did say in its Season 6 blog that it’ll include “Saudi League stars as a nod to the next World Tour destination,” so Owairan is practically confirmed.
Luis Suarez is said to be available as a Flashback SBC. Carlos Tevez is another player leaked to be included in an SBC challenge. Expect more Evolutions in upgrades as well as cosmetics heading your way, too.
