EA Confirms No FIFA 21 Demo - Team Focused on Current and Next-Gen Console Experience
EA has just confirmed they won’t be releasing a FIFA 21 demo, as they focus on delivering the best full game experience on current and next-gen consoles.
We aren't releasing a demo for FIFA 21.
Instead we've made the decision to focus our development team's time on delivering the best full game experience for current & next-gen consoles.
We look forward to EA PLAY members jumping in 10 days from now and launching the game Oct 9.

Seriously though the demos rarely reflect the released version anyway. I guess my worry if you can call it that is what possible changes can be done in 10 days time. I mean last year they took 2 weeks to admit CM was broken and almost another 6 weeks to "fix" it. Hoping for the best but prepared for the worst.
I'm pleased with PES right now so I have my soccer/football fix right now the days waiting will fly by.
