The PC Closed Beta for Disney Speedstorm, an upcoming free-to-play arcade racing game, is available on Steam and the Epic Games Store. In this limited-time Closed Beta, players will have the chance to race and battle their way across stunning tracks inspired by legendary Disney and Pixar heroes and villains.
On launch day, Disney Speedstorm will be cross-playable and available on PC, the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S. Visit DisneySpeedstorm.com for a chance to participate in the PC Closed Beta and play the game before it launches worldwide.
During the Closed Beta, players will be able to upgrade and customize their characters while progressing through the single-player Adventure Map mode, and on weekends players will be able to join Online Ranked Races, where they will be able to apply their skills in the most competitive setting possible. The goal is to be the first to cross the finish line by using special grinding rails, combat items, and your character’s unique abilities.
In celebration of the Closed Beta rollout, ready-to-race versions of Hercules and Megara from Disney’s Hercules will also be joining the Disney Speedstorm roster of high-velocity racers. Both characters will be playable during the Closed Beta period, in addition to previously announced suited-up and race-ready characters including: Belle and the Beast from Disney’s The Beauty and the Beast, Mulan and Li Shang from Mulan,Captain Jack Sparrow and Elizabeth Swann from Pirates of the Caribbean, Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck from Mickey & Friends, and Balooand Mowgli from The Jungle Book.
