Shedeur Sanders has a lot of people fired up after his comments in a postgame interview following his win against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Cleveland Browns QB led his team to a 24-10 win on Sunday against the Raiders and is talking his talk now.
Sanders took the mic in confident fashion as he spoke to CBS Sports. He told his fans that this win is what he achieved off of one week of practice. While some celebrated Sanders for growing fully confident in his ability to take the opposition down, it seems some found it arrogant.
His remarks in the post-game interview have rubbed people off the wrong way, as fans started calling him out on social media. One fan posted a clip of the interview and claimed he was being more arrogant than confident and claimed he should practice some humility. Shedeur’s brother, Deion Sanders Jr. replied to the fan’s tweet on X.

Shedeur Sanders is finally finding his footing in the Cleveland Browns. Many fans are happy to see the QB finding his confidence and performing at a high standard for the team. He completed 11 out of 20 passes for 209 yards and scored a touchdown against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.
Sanders told everyone this win was accomplished after just one week of practice. He then urged everyone to imagine what an offseason might accomplish. The Browns QB warned his rivals that it could get dangerous for all of them.
“It’s amazing, you know, off of one week of practice. This is one week of practice,” he said, smiling. “So, imagine what a full offseason would look like. It gets dangerous. But it’s just one week of practice, so I’m truly thankful that everything happened.” Shedeur Sanders said.
Fans saw him displaying some swagger after his first win. While others weren’t too impressed and saw him being too arrogant without actually accomplishing that much for his team. However, his fans continue to back him up and support him during this time.
Shedeur Sanders Wants To Prove His Worth
Shedeur Sanders knows that his critics want him to fail. However, he’s looking to prove his worth to the Cleveland Browns and make a big name for himself.
His impressive performance has led him from a fourth-string QB to a legit starter for the Browns. Even though some of that happened due to roster moves and injuries, you can’t deny he looks fantastic on the field. As far as we’re concerned, Cleveland’s coach, Kevin Stefanski has his work cut out for him to decide on a quarterback for the season.
