Arcade1up Introduces Their NBA Jam Arcade Cabinet, Featuring Free Online Multiplayer - Charles Barkley is IN

Arcade1up, a company specializing in retro arcade cabinets, has revealed quite a few new cabinets at CES 2020. One that definitely caught our eye was the NBA Jam cabinet, which features not only the original NBA Jam, but also includes NBA Jam Tournament Edition and NBA Hang Time.
John Diamonon, senior vice president of licensing and business development at Arcade1UP, confirmed the games will feature online multiplayer support, free of charge.
NBA Jam? What? First time ever Jam, TE and Hangtime will be online multiplayer!!!! @arcade_1up #ces2020

The original rosters will be included, for the most part. Unfortunately, they were unable to get rights to some of the players.
Minus some players we couldn’t get rights to.

No word on pre-order information for the cabinet, but keep an eye on the official website.
UPDATE: (1-9-20) For those asking, Charles Barkley is on the NBA Jam roster. Here’s a video showing off the full rosters for NBA Jam and NBA Hang Time, courtesy of COOLTOY. He also includes some of the menu settings and options you can change.

They haven't confirmed who. My guess is we won't hear anything until someone actually purchases one and provides that info.
If Mr. Diamonon happens to tweet it out, I'll throw it in here.
Still, what a cool job by arcade 1up, especially forgotten but still awesome Hang Time

Schrempf was on the Pacers in the original arcade version and is in this version as well. Looks to be a 100% accurate copy. Maybe the changes are for NBA Jam TE?
Was he ?
Your probably right. I’m getting original arcade, TE aecade and the Genesis orginal and Genesis TE mixed up.......
I’ll just be quite and stop talking now......lol
My guess is that these aren't the final rosters this was just a placeholder ROM build for CES.
I find it hard to believe that Barkley is in this when they had to redo the carts and take him completely out of the SNES release when they lost his rights. (He was in my SNES NBA Jam so I was the cool kid on the block)

If he signed a contract for life back then for the arcade game only, then they can keep him in. Just depends on what type of contracts players signed, whom were not in the NBAPA.
