WNBA star Angel Reese was spotted at the fight between Terence Crawford and Canelo Alvarez for the Undisputed Super Middleweight Crown at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The female star’s bold look at the event is still being talked about on social media.
Reese showed off her stunning outfit, rocking a black one-piece suit with tall lace-up boots. The look was overshadowed by an open-chest cut that certainly got all the attention. She also wore a snake bracelet and had an orange handbag.
The Chicago Sky player also went backstage to meet the athletes. Before that, she did an interesting shoot. Reese put on boxing gloves and threw some punches at the camera.
Reese Came To Meet Crawford Ahead of The Fight
Before the star-studded main event, she linked up with Crawford, and the difference in height between them was truly fascinating as captured by the camera. The two stars greeted each other and engaged in a conversation before the fight.
Reese told the 5-foot-8 fighter that the event was her first-ever match. The two posed for a picture together afterwards, where she totally towered over the boxer. Reese and a friend watched Crawford’s main event fight as he defeated Alvarez via Unanimous decision for the Undisputed Middleweight Championship.
The match was part of the Tuki Alalshikh “Riyadh Season” and was streamed live on Netflix. Crawford moved up three weight classes for his main event fight against Alvarez.
Reese’s Future With the Chicago Sky Is Up In The Air
Angel Reese recently voiced frustrations with her team, the Chicago Sky, and her teammates. She joined the Chicago Sky in 2024.
In an interview with the Chicago Tribune, Reese revealed that if things don’t go well in Sky, she’s planning to leave the team and make the best decision for herself. However, she is looking forward to giving her best to Sky until the time comes.
“I’d like to be here for my career, but if things don’t pan out, obviously I might have to move in a different direction and do what’s best for me. But while I am here, I’m going to try to stay open-minded about what I have here and maximize that as much as I can.”
These comments didn’t sit well with the Chicago Sky and its teammates. The team handed Reese a suspension for the first half of last Sunday’s match against the Las Vegas Aces. They proceeded to keep her out of the game, clearly due to her controversial comments.
