The Bloodline Edition — much like the Deadman Edition — also gives players 15,000 Virtual Currency. Whether or not this is separate or included on top of the 100k the edition gives you as part of the Ringside Pass, I don’t know. Probably, but who knows?

Which Version Of WWE 2K25 Should You Buy?

Image: 2K

With three options to choose from, many potential WWE 2K25 buyers might have some difficulty in choosing which edition of the game is right for them. For many, $69.99 on a video game is way too much by default and they will likely wait for a sale. For others who are passionate about wrestling games and have money to burn, the goodies and bonus content contained within the Deadman and Bloodline editions might make them be too much to pass on. So, which edition gives consumers the most bang for you buck?

As a guy who pretty much exclusively plays single-player modes in the WWE 2K games such as MyCareer or Universe Mode, the Deadman Edition certainly seems like it offers me the best value. Yeah, $100 is pretty steep, but it includes the 5 post-launch DLC packs and a SuperCharger, which will give me access to a ton of WWE Superstars and Legends that I can add to Universe Mode post-launch. Granted, it’d probably be smarter to just purchase each DLC pack as they become available, especially if I’m not interested in the more whacky ones WWE and 2K might release (looking at you, Pat McAfee Show pack). That said, given the prices these DLC packs typically are, I’d have gotten my money’s worth if I enjoy even just four of the five post-launch bonus content.

I’ll admit, the Bloodline Edition has tons of cool exclusive content that comes with it. But $129.99 is just too much money to spend on a video game, at least for me. Plus, I don’t play MyFaction at all, and I have no idea how any of this Island stuff will work or be executed. But that’s a story for another day, and if you are a fan of MyFaction, looking forward to the Island, want every last bit of exclusive content, and have money to burn, then maybe this version of the game is right for you after all.
