Football Manager has one of the best modding communities, and they never stop surprising people. Amidst the various mods for skins, custom stadiums, and QOL, there is an ambitious project in the works— one that should get some sci-fi fans excited.
A creator on Reddit by the name Falka_phoenix has revealed they’re building a full-scale Fallout-themed database, blending the post-apocalyptic world of Fallout with the deep simulation systems of Football Manager.
From custom leagues and competitions to fully designed kits, badges, and even balls, this isn’t just a quick reskin. It’s looking like a promising twist between football simulation and Fallout’s fictional world.
According to Falka, the database includes three leagues in the US system with promotion and relegation, along with many domestic cups and even a continental competition. The structure is inspired by both American and European formats. It will have a mix of knockout tournaments and playoff systems.
A Deep League System Inspired By The Wasteland

One of the most impressive parts of this project is just how much thought has gone into the league design. Falka has managed to create a pretty solid League system.
The top tier, called the Vault-Tec Atomic League, is split into two 14-team conferences (East and West). The best teams from each side qualify for the playoffs, while the overall top performer across the season also claims silverware.
There’s also no shortage of competitions. Teams in the top division will compete in multiple tournaments simultaneously, including the Blamco Wasteland Cup, the Nuka World Cup, and the RobCo Super Cup. On the other hand, the bottom teams face relegation, making matches more high-stakes.
Then there is the second division, which is further split into regional leagues like the Sunset Sarsaparilla Badlands League and Slocum’s Joe Frontier League.
Over in Fallout London, the creator has also built a separate structure featuring its own league and cup competitions, including the Ion Brew Premier League and the Fesco League Cup. There are even plans for a Champions League-style continental competition, potentially bringing together teams from both regions.
Custom Teams, Graphics, And Future Plans

This is just the tip of the iceberg, as the database also has a wide range of custom teams built around Fallout’s lore, like Vault-based clubs and factions. On top of that, they also have custom-designed original logos and kits. A graphics pack is also in the works, which will make the experience even better. Falka also has plans to add international teams and a World Cup-style tournament.
