The team is led by rookie sensation Xavier “630” Barraza, a contender for NBA 2K League MVP and ROY, who continues to lead the league in scoring (33.5). On a bye week this week, Pacers Gaming wraps up their regular season Friday, Aug. 13 at 9 p.m. ET when they host Pistons GT.
2020 NBA 2K League Champion Wizards District Gaming is looking to join Pacers Gaming by punching their ticket to Dallas early. Wizards District Gaming sits atop the Eastern conference at 18-4 and can secure their spot in the Playoffs with one more win. WDG has four shots to get to the magic number of 19, first starting when they face Knicks Gaming on Thursday, Aug. 5 at 7 and 8 p.m. ET and then the Gen.G Tigers of Shanghai on Saturday, Aug. 7 at 7 and 8 p.m. ET.

Celtics Crossover Gaming enters Week 9 on a five-game winning streak and they currently stand in seventh place in the Eastern conference with a 10-10 record. The team is guided by center Jhade “WorthingColt” Black who is second in the league in rebounds (13.1). Celtics Crossover Gaming will look to keep their win streak alive when they face Magic Gaming on Thursday, Aug. 5 at 7:45 and 8:45 p.m. ET and 76ers GC on Friday, Aug. 6 at 9 and 10 p.m. ET.
This week’s NBA 2K League “Game of the Week” is a showdown that features Season 1 MVP Dayne “OneWildWalnut” Downey (18.3 points, 11.3 rebounds) of 76ers GC taking on his former team Blaz- er5 Gaming and star point guard Matt “Bash” Robles (29.6 points, 10.8 assists). Both teams are in the thick of the playoff race with 76ers GC currently looking at third place in the Eastern conference, while Blazer5 Gaming is on the outside looking in at seventh place in the Western conference.
