It was a while ago and I think I threw all my data out, but it didn't work well at all. I went in and changed all the contracts based on the starting payroll for each team and attempted to give them a bit of cushion, but when you start the franchise, the system does what it wants to with the budgets. The budgets get messed up no matter what tweaks you try to make.
