- The Texans lost LLB Jesse Nading for 2 weeks with broken ribs and placed WR Jeff Maehl on injured reserve with a broken collarbone after this weeks game with Chicago.

DRAFT NEWS:
- After an individual workout, Arizona DE/OLB*Willie Burns*announced he would play DE in the NFL.
- It was a solid workout at pro day for UCLA HB D'Cota Bell, but scouts still cant decide if he's worthy of a top 10 selection.
- While no ones calling Butler QB Danny Martens the next Tom Brady, one team would be wise to spend a seventh round pick on him.
- It was a strong combine performance by Utah WR Akia Green, but no one seemed to notice. In order for him to move up, scouts are expecting an even better showing at his pro day.
- Outstanding combine for Nevada QB Austin Duncan has most scouts saying he'll be the first QB chosen at #6 overall.
- A blazing 40-yard dashtime out of UCLA HB D'Cota Bell has scouts eager to see what he can do.
- A tweaked hamstring at the combine has scouts thinking DE/OLB Willie Burns has an imjury history he's not talking about.
- Experts agree that WR Jamal Bonner is a sure fire difference maker with huge upside.
- Other team needs were more glaring, but the Bengals still ended up drafting Meiko Rothschild, the halfback 0ut off Hawaii.
- The Bengals organization could not be happier with the draft selection of QB Adonis Lumpkin from Wake Forrest.
- The Cowboys are now being second guessed after reaching for Nacy wide receiver Marvin Brown.
- No mock draft in the world had the Bills taking hafback Vincent MAttinson form Wisconsin with the 129th pick.
- Green Bay is taking some criticism with the early selection of wide reiceiver* Dante Davis out of Eastern Oregon.
- Mario Baker had a decent college career at W. Michigan, but the Jets passed up much better players to take this wide receiver.
- Expected to go much higher, quarterback Shane Murray from Tennessee ended up dripping into Indianapolis' hands.
- The Bills are counting their blessings after South Dakota QB Xvier Rodriguez fell right in their lap.
- The Rams got an absolute steal by taking QB Kyle Ralston from Hawaii later in the round.
- WR LeVeon Ward from NW Oklahoma St somehow fell in the draft and was eventually picked by the Rams.
- A huge trade at the top of the first round between the Giants and Patriots forces every GM to re=assess their own draft boards.
- The Bears making this huge trade with the Lions for the 59th pick in the draft will make everyone take another look at their draft boards now.
- Who will the Seahawks target with the 50th pick they've just aquired form the Dolphins?
- The Chiefs and Cardinals were able to come to terms on a trade that includes the 47th pick in the NFL draft heading to the Chiefs.
- The St Louis Rams have acquired the 17th pick in this years NFL draft from the New Englans Patriots.
- Just as the Seahawks hoped for, Montana's LT Keenan Vincent was there when it was time to make the pick.
- Just as we all tought, the Dolphins selected QB Jordan Norwell out of Louisville in the first round of the NFL draft.
- The Dylan Brown era begins as he was taken in the first round by the Browns.
- HB Jamell Ramsey from Southern Miss was drafted as the 11th pick overall by Pittsburgh.
- The COlts drafted WR Tercel Dean from Arizona, who will look to make an impact immediately.
- New Orleans fans rejoice, CB Julian Brown form Iowa State was selected in the first round of the 2013 NFL draft.
- Continuing to prepare for the future, the Bears have selected CB Roderick Buice out San Jose St. with the 118th pick in the NFL draft.
