After another drab night at work, a couple rounds of Horde on GoW2, and a Mountain Dew, I decided it was time to give the blog thing a shot. Personally, I've never been big on the whole idea, but hell... if it's on OS, it must be good.

Now, I say we start with the very boring stuff and work our way towards the slightly less boring stuff. Not interested? I don't care. It's my arena.

The company I work for, FedEx, is starting to feel the impact of the worsening economy. We went from doing 100 pieces of heavyweight (the area in which I work) to about 60 a night. Needless to say, the managers are cutting hours, and offered to give me the day off without pay tonight. I didn't reply to the voicemail, though, and went to work. Four hours of nothing.

My best is 1.2m, and my average is -1m. I can't freaking figure it out..but maybe I'm just stupid.

Gears of War 2 is slowly but surely taking over my weekday nightlife. I'm still yet to pass Wave 20 in Horde Mode, but it's still a blast. Feel free to add me (tbills06), and maybe we can get to Wave 21. I'll be envious of the lucky five that accomplished the 50 wave domination until I have the same luck.

I still haven't tapped into campaign mode, but I've heard good things. I just can't bring myself to stray away from Horde! Maybe I'll give it a shot later on tonight.

On tap for this weekend... my girlfriend is housesitting for her parents, so I do believe there will be some festivities over there. Her parents are filthy rich (cha-ching), so a party in their three story mansion with the Porsche and Hummer in the garage sounds like a good time. Other than that, it'll be the usual football (and now basketball), and knocking a couple back while enjoying the days off from work.

I guess this whole thing served no purpose and had no point at all. Oh well, I'm off to watch Fight Club and eat some oreos.
