I'm mixed on the changes, personally.

Really like the new amateur scouting feedback and the ability to play multiple games in a series at once, good additions.

Totally hate the perks and showtime stuff. It's way too arcadey and antithetical to an authentic baseball experience. Hopefully it's completely optional and non-intrusive for those who don't want to bother.

The 20-80 scouting grades are huge...Definitely lots of realism right there.

San Diego's DEV team is stagnant. and twitter's reply always "No" , "Not this year", It's terrible...

Wrong. Not every reply is a no. Can they help it people ask questions that have already been answered 20 times?

Splitting hairs here, but I thought most teams still used the 2-8 scouting system?

I have never heard of the 2-8 system...meaning they use 20-80

The 20-80 system is rather young in "baseball years", which is why I've wanted it in MLB The Show for a long time. I just hate the meter business.

The 2-8 scale has been used far longer than the 20-80. The 20-80 scale is used by the new era of scouts. In terms of use, the 2-8 is still used by a lot of scouts. I would say 20-80 is more common now, but I'd understand never hearing of 20-80 compared to 2-8. It has been around since scouts starting keeping records of players skill levels.

I like the advance day feature, specially for batter in rtts. I don't know not why scout day is a improvement in Rtts, more likely for Franshise mode. I think I never use showtime or perks. But after tomorrow we will know more.

exactly. They needed to push forward with i don't know, maybe some way to incorporate friends within leagues, to compete with, compare stats and play against etc. One unexpected side affects of the year to year saves was, it drastically reduced my play time last year b.c my guy was already in the bigs, didn't have to build him up from nothing. I could've started a new guy, but by that point, i was already over the mode. Needs overhaul, not tweaks.
