Its quite understandable why its not in NG actually. A game like this requires a lot of resources, and given that the NG systems came out not too long ago, it doesn't really make sense to pour resources into X1 and PS4 dev teams. There's a small user base (largest one is in US, which is not a soccer friendly audience) plus some people already have Fifa 14 (no need for another almost identical game).

EA is a money grabbing company, believe me, if this decision made financial sense in NG, they would be squeezing every inch of your sweet wallet's tit.

Why it is not in PC... well I don't have an answer for that....

What a joke of preorder, considering it's a game that releases every four years and they'd want as many consumers as possible (trying to convince to get this game when they already have FIFA 14) I'd have thought that there was going to be a strong preorder incentive like old national teams, guess I was wrong.
