Over in the dynasty forum, OS user moose141 has been plugging along as the Pitt Panthers in NCAA Football 14 since 2017. NCAA Football 14‘s dynasty mode remains a great time even today, so it’s always really cool to see people sticking with it even with the re-launch of the franchise looming.
In this dynasty, moose141 is in the midst of Season 7, which means he’s in 2022. His latest game was the ACC Championship against Clemson (a big rivalry at this point in his dynasty). His dynasty is truly wonderful because he does it all. He has write-ups, info from around the rest of the college world, recruiting news, pictures, videos, and so on. It’s a lot like OSer marshdaddy’s Golden State Warriors NBA 2K dynasty in that way.
At this point, you can look back through hundreds of updates at this point, and I think you can even hop around. With dynasties with this much depth, if you haven’t followed along for weeks or months, it can be a little intimidating to see long gameplay videos etc. and wonder if you can catch up. However, there’s so much depth here you can just pick a season and start there if you want to track it.
I’m also curious to see what happens when EA Sports College Football 25 comes out and how folks like moose141 connect with it. Is it hard to move on from something you’ve spent years cultivating, or will they be excited to bring a fresh perspective to things? Either way, it’s amazing he’s spent so much time on this and you should scope out all his hard work.
