Gamespot has the scoop. Any interest in this sort of thing?

I'd buy it. I've lost 25 pounds with Wii Fit but the exercise routines are getting stale now.

wow. It really helped that much?
I am getting a Wii just for Wii fit and some other games.
Thats good to know it can actually help.

It's like any other exercise program...you get out of it what you put into it. I've been doing 30-45 minutes a day.
