A-Freakin'-Men to that! It's multiplied even more when we sit and discuss it for weeks on weeks. Right now, whatever. Why even release a demo, lol. Just kidding about the last part. But I'll be glad when the games are released and all the threads about the demo release and whatnot are finally gone. Just some good ol' fashioned answeres to go with all of these questions.

That's what I was thinking. Isn't that kind of close to the release date. Five days before the game comes out. Cutting it a bit close.

If that means they were tweaking and tuning up until the last second... I'll take a close cal anyday .

Funny that earlier this morning I posted a message asking why hadn't there been an announcement that 2k8 had gone gold and wondering if it was going to be released on time. Maybe I should do the same about the demo...

Lol, I remember years ago when I first really starting paying attention to when games were released and whatnot... I saw that a cedrtain game I wanted went gold and was like, "really? They already sold 500,000 copies?"

I then went to the game store only to find out that the game still wasn't comming out for another week or two. I got home and did a little bit of research to find out that I was a dumb ***.

Yea, I thought about that. Regardless of when it was finished, companies usually announce it a lot sooner. Oh well, I'll be playing both games next week anyway. I think 2K8 is going to surprise a lot of people (in a good way).

I think this may be the latest I have read a release about going gold. Usually a couple weeks before, at the least.
Still, this time next week I will be playing some baseball. (in video game form anyway.)
23 degrees, and feels like 10 with wind chill in baltimore. I am ready for some warm things.
PLAY BALL !!!

Yes, Ben Brinkman said it had been submitted to MS and Sony and now we're just waiting for them to release it.

YES. There will be a demo in the near future.

I'd normally be excited but everything 2K has done so far regarding this game has gone off terribly wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone who runs out to buy this game gets DREs and such.
