TVG has posted their Q&A with Lead Designer Travis Ryan and Producer Steve Lycett of the game SEGA Superstars Tennis.
TVG: "The first question today is about the origins of the game, and why the decision was made to make a tennis game that featured SEGA franchises, and how it came about?"
Travis Ryan: "When we came to the end of [development on] Virtua Tennis 3, although it's quite a pick up and play game, it looks like a simulation so a lot of people wouldn't necessarily buy it because of that. So at the end of development we started to mess about with things in the game's system, put 'big head' cheats in, crazy ball trajectories, stuff that wouldn't get past the agents."
