How bout dem Cowboys! I thought they looked pretty good, considering it was the 1st preseason game. Romo was nearly perfect, but couldn't punch them into the endzone. The offensive line was makeshift and no Terry Glenn. The defense showed a few new blitz packages, but really didn't open things up. Can't wait for the season to start.

Nat has been begging me to take her to Chucky Cheese all week, so I'll be taking her tonight, then hopefully, if things go right, be playing Madden the rest of the night.

What's up with you?

What up?

QOTD- Going to the Browns game tomorrow and other than that, just cleaning up the house, and finally cleaning up the yard.

Is Quinn scheduled to get any playing time?

I heard last night he may hand the ball off a few times in the 4th.

For punishment for him holding out, I'd start him and make him play the entire game

He's already playing for the Browns. How much more punishment should he endure?

They should make him play against the Chiefs' first team defense with the 3rd string o-line (which with all the injuries and suspensions is going to be the 1st team o-line soon).
QOTD: Still have my wife's cousin's daughter staying with us until Sunday. Going out to dinner for a friend's 30th birthday tonight. The girls are going to Cedar Point tomorrow, so I'll have a free day. I've got a bunch of stuff to do: get measured for a tux, fix a rust spot on my car, and cut the grass. I might finally buy a game for my 360 if I find time to play it this weekend.

QOTD:

Tonight, it's preseason football on CBS with my Bills at the Saints, so that'll occupy my evening.

Tomorrow, I should have Madden at around noon, so I don't think I need to tell you what I'll be up to the rest of the weekend.

QOTD: Not sure. Been on vacation this week. Was supposed to go back today but called in. Who the hell goes back on a Friday? I'm about to go to see Rush Hour 3 and back home to finish Super Paper Mario on my Wii. I'm on Chapter 8.

How bout dem Cowboys even if it is preseason. Romo played well but I am still pissed that from inside the 10, he looked Fasano in the eyes in the flat but still checked down to Barber. He could've had Fasano for the TD. He also missed Witten on the post for a TD when forcing it to T.O. Oh well, he'd better not take this into September. He has to play 16 games because if Brad "CheckDown" Johnson or Brad "Handoff" Johnson has to play, god help us.

Hope your Chuck E. Cheese is a bit cleaner than the one here. My son loves the place but it's a bit sad seeing the parents pass off the parenting job to the restaurant.

QOTD: Going to the Illinois State Fair (mmmmm, fried fair food....) and my wife and I are heading to her coworkers' place for a get together and leaving the boy with his new babysitter. We haven't found one here so I'm hoping it works out.

Chuck E. Cheese on a Friday night????? Dude... you are as crazy as your T-Shirt is crispy.

Nice to see some pre-season football last night. Lions are certainly going to score some points. They're gonna give up a few....dozen....but they will score. Fun start.

I watched some of the Boys and Colts. I like Garrett's offense. I think Jason Witten is going to be a Top 3 TE this season in terms of production. Colts are gonna be the Colts... but they are going to need a Herculean (or Selig-like) effort from some first time starters on D to repeat.
