PAL Version - Tiger Woods 2007 Reduced Quality? (Wii)

WiiNintendo has the scoop.
"Itīs confirmed that EA has excluded the enhanced graphics in tha PAL-version of Tiger Woods 2007 for the Wii.

The NTSC (American) version of the game features 480p in widescreen, but the PAL version only plays in 576i widscreen. For people like Petter Jacobs from Sweden, who brought this to my attention, who have projectors… ouch."

PSX Extreme Update (PS3)

PSX Extreme has posted the following:
  • Sega Rally Revo Preview
"So, with Sony bowing out of the rally field and Microsoft's RalliSport nowhere to be found; only Codemasters' Colin McRae and Sega's Sega Rally remain. While there are, quite possibly, a few rally titles in development right now, few will probably live up to the caliber of gaming that these two namesakes will be soon putting out. But unlike DIRT: Colin McRae, Sega Rally's focus will be more arcade-like, but still feature some simulation aspects. Still, typically the Sega Rally franchise has been more about exaggerated arcade physics than realism, so if you're looking for a full-fledged rally sim out of Sega Rally, consider Colin McRae."
  • Euro Gamers Treated To GTHD Version 2.0
"Euro gamers may have had to wait a lot longer for the PS3, but in addition to a better launch lineup, they also get one other little bonus: an updated version of Gran Turismo HD Concept, which is dubbed simply, Version 2.0. This latest version actually suppports force feedback for racing wheels!"

Other Stuff...

We are installing some lights in our kitchen today, so I'll be a busy body. Appliances and countertop should be here by Saturday and we'll almost be complete.

A busy Sunday. I'm heading out to the gym now. Spring soccer started and my daughter has a game this afternoon. Later my mother-in-law is coming over to watch the kids so my wife and I can go out. We are also getting ready (and excited) for vacation. We are leaving this Thursday for WDW.

QOTD: Singleplayer Tomb Raider Legend is taking most of my time. Some of the puzzles are tricky. Multiplayer GRAW2.

QOTD: I'm in a rut. I can't find anything to enjoy in the little free time that I have, despite having plenty of games that I like. Maybe it's just that these past couple weeks have pretty much drained me. I think I've got too much on my plate.

QOTD:

For me, it's College Hoops 2K7, MLB2K7, and pretty much my entire Wii library that's taking up my time. That Wii is one fun machine. Steve...you open yours yet?
