Other Stuff...

The kitchen's floor has been laid and the walls have been painted, the cabinets should be installed during the week. It's really coming together quite nicely and the wifee is very happy, what more could I ask for. The only thing that sucks during this process is having to eat out every day. We can't cook anything, unless we wanna nuke a hotdog or something easy.

What's up with you?

Monday....

QOTD - I'm still exhausted, is that an issue?

QOTD: Yes, I'm still very tired and had a hard time sleeping last night since technically I went to bed an hour early by the previous times standards. LOL!

I hate daylight savings, becuase for the first 30 years of my life I never had to deal with it (im from indiana, where we never did it till last year). Now, I have a son (3 year old), and when I tell him its time for bed and its still bright out and birds are chirping at 9 pm, its very tough!

No real effect on me. I've not been sleeping much waiting for my PS3 from Steve to arrive today.

Usually it takes me a few days to adjust to DST. But this weekend I got planty of rest so I feel good today. I like the extra daylight in the evening. I wish they'd just leave it this way all year.

QOTD:

The only thing it did for me was confuse me immensely Saturday night/Sunday morning. I was up playing some MLB2K7, looked at the clock within XBox Live, and saw it was 3:45am. It took me about 15 seconds before I realized it was DST, but for those 15 seconds, I was wondering how in the hell I lost an hour of my life without realizing it.

QOTD: Well, I work down at the Port of Long Beach as a manager of Longshoremen. We had a "finish up" ship that was scheduled to sail at 0700 Sunday morning. Our normal shifts are 1800 - 0300, but because it's a finish up, we extend to 0500 to make sure the ship sails on time. We didn't acknowledge the time change until after the shift was over at 0500 (really 0600). I didn't get home from work until 0730 Sunday morning after getting to work around 1630 Saturday afternoon. Needless to say, it was a very long night!

QOTD:
I don't know if it was bescause of daylight savings time or not, but I could not fall asleep last night. And when I did drift off to sleep, it didn't last long I was waking up all night. Ended up skipping my early class and sleeping late because I was tired.

I got a 32 on that nerd test, it's not my fault I paid attention in Chemistry and knew a lot of the elements.

My week is going to be so tiring, I have tennis practice today, 3 matches (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and then I have my first indoor soccer game on Friday. I just got my shoes for indoor..they are sick.

It's not because you're a nerd. It's because you took the class 2 weeks ago where as I took it 10 years ago.

I took it last year.

I'm sure if they make a test about the right speed to get through the Intercoastal Waterway, you'll get the right answer too.

Or maybe you won't.
