MotoGP '07 Preview (360)

Eurogamer has posted their preview of MotoGP '07.
"This game is about easy access for people who are new to the series - people like me, actually, because I came from a background of working on four-wheeled racers and I was new to it when I started on this one. MotoGP '06 was a great game, but like a lot of people, personally I found it quite hard. You had to invest a lot of time and effort to get rewards. So I thought it was quite important for us to improve the entry point a little bit, to make it a bit easier to get into."

Other Stuff...

During basketball practice last night, I banged my nose up pretty bad. I was setting up a crossover and when I lunged to the left, the defender lunged at the same time. My nose hit his head and I thought I had broken it. Other than it being swollen this morning, I guess I'm OK. It didn't change colors and I can wiggle it around with a little discomfort, I guess I'll live. As long as I can pick it, it's all good right?

Anyways, we have a makeup game tonight, so we have 3 games this week. Can we finish the season DEFEATED? I think so. Well, to be fair, we have won 1 game, due to forfeit.

What's up with you?
  • QOTD: Did you check out the eclipse?

QOTD - I had no idea there was a lunar eclipse! LOL

Just getting back into it being a Monday. Off next Thursday and Friday for March Madness, so just counting down to that.

I'm very exhausted, we came in at 1:00 am this morning and didn't get home till 1:45 am from the airport. We went to Vegas over the weekend. Ended up breaking even, but had tons of fun. Vegas is an animal and has changed a little bit since the last time we were there 3 years.

Many people we spoke to in Vegas (actual workers) said that NBA All-Star Weekend was the worst ever. To say it in the nicest terms, this is about the fans that came, most of the ghetto came to Vegas. They trashed the city, there were drive by shootings, and fights beyond imagination during that weekend. Big shame that people are like that.

Other than that, we had a great time and can't wait till we go again in the future. I would probably like to check out Atlantic City next time. I haven't been there and wonder what the atomsphere is like.

QOTD: No, I didn't check eclipse.

Is that why it looked like the moon was about to hit the earth?? I was driving to my moms house around 7 Milwaukee time and the moon was as low to the ground as I ever saw and as big as I ever seen it. I wanted to grab a telescope seeing that the moon was so close I know I would have seen some moon men.

I returned to Vegas from a weekend trip as well. I didn't break even, but didn't do too bad. Our flight returning was delayed for 3 hours and due to time changes and a three hour delay I didn't make it back to my dorm until 7:30 a.m this morning. We left for the airport at 5 p.m. yesterday. Needless to say I am dead right now.

Speaking of an eclipse though... There was a guy dressed in a nice shirt and dress pants sitting outside Harrahs with his head burried in his hands sitting on the edge of a curb. He had a bottle of cheap Champagne that he probably spent his last $5 on sitting in front of him half drank and the song Total Eclipse of the Heart playing in the background. It was so funny looking.
