Ready 2 Rumble Boxing Returns

DarkZero has the scoop.
"Devs10tacle Studios has announced they will be resurrecting the surreal boxing title that was born on the Dreamcast, Ready 2 Rumble Boxing. We will admit that the series was the epitome of a love it or hate it gaming but the announcement of the game has peaked our interest as 10tacle has got AKI on board to help create the new title the. AKI is best known for the their work on the Def Jam series of many of the old WWE/WCW wrestling games back on the N64. Currently Ready 2 Rumble 3 currently has no release date, nor platform for release but it is known it will be coming to "various videogame platforms."

The Hollywood Byte #56: WWE Superstar Johnny Nitro

Over at Yahoo! Games, John Gaudiosi catches up with WWE Superstar Johnny Nitro as he trains for the THQ Wrestlemania 23 Superstar Videogame Challenge.
"Anyone who's followed the first four THQ WWE Superstar Challenges, an annual event that's held during Wrestlemania week, knows that the winner is always the same. Shelton Benjamin is undefeated since the inaugural event. This year, he's "retired," which opens the door to other wrestlers. Johnny Nitro, who made it to the finals last year, is one of the frontrunners for the Detroit competition on March 29."

Other Stuff...

Man, tough loss by the Pistons against the Heat last night. Can't say they didn't have their chances. Shaq is starting to regain that dominating force, watch out for the Heat with or w/o Wade.

Going to be setting up the first stages of our kitchen redesign today, so I'll definitely be busy.

What's up with you?

Rent first. Buy it if I like it.

Buy. I haven't rented a game since NES. Right now I just ordered some Big Ten Tourney tickets for my roommate and am waiting for them. I 'm also debating price matching MLB 2k7 from Fry's at my local EB Games. I figure after the price match and my trade in credit on Madden 07 I should pay betweem $30 and 40 bucks for it

Well what an emotional week for me.. I survived the "job cuts" that suprised many this past Wed. While I was happy for that, I am saddened that we had to put our beloved family dog, Boomer, to sleep on Friday. It was for the best as he was suffering from arthritis in all legs & actually couldnt stand the 2 days prior. However, I was close to Boomer & I miss him already.

QOTD: I usually buy, then trade in for newer games.

Sorry to hear about Boomer. I know how rough it can be to lose man's best friend.
