Bizarre Creations Talks PGR4 (360)

CVG has the scoop.
"Bizarre Creations has updated its website with a tiny update about where the Liverpool-based company is with work on Project Gotham Racing 4.

"The internal team we have here at Bizarre are pretty familiar with the routine now; everybody knows their place and is really getting on with it at a speedy rate. We've seen a couple of excellent new technologies make their way into the game... of course you'll hear more about these in due time.

"Oh, and just to clarify: the X06 trailer wasn't gameplay. It wasn't representative of what we've got planned for the style or locations in the game itself. You won't see outer space racing or anything like that! We have changed our design emphasis slightly from previous titles though... I think we're going to surprise a few people with PGR4!"

Double Life: Playboy's Miss May 1998 and Level Up Face Off In Madden NFL 07 On the PS3

Check out Miss May 1998 err...the Madden 07 article here. Images included.
"The founders of Level Up are all seated in a private room overlooking the pool of the South Seas Hotel in Miami's raucous South Beach district. We've got a Sixaxis controller in our hands, a Bravia LCD television staring us in the face, and a Playstation 3 with a copy of Electronic Arts' Madden NFL 07 all fired up. But sitting right next to us is Playboy playmate Deanna Brooks--Miss May 1998, according to Google--with a grin-verging-on-a-smirk lighting up her face. And she's gleefully trash-talking our weaksauce Madden skills as her virtual Colts squash another attempt by our digital Bears to move the chains downfield."

Other Stuff...

Not a whole lot going on. We have a bye today in the basketball league, so we don't play this week until Thursday. Odds are we lose by more than 40, just a gut feeling, I guess you could say, lol.

I'm studying for my first MCSE 2003 test and should be taking it by the end of the month. I'm hoping to get a test passed every 2 months and get certified by early next year.

Wifee's birthday was yesterday. We had some cake and ice cream, etc. Nat put the sprinkles on the cake and didn't make a mess! w00t!

Enough about me, what's up with you?

What up?

Still freezing cold here, -22 this morning when I got up. I wanted to go back to bed, but I have to run a meeting at 12:30 for some big wigs, wish me luck.

QOTD - I'm still loving Rainbow Six Vegas, not sure I can ever tire of that game, but playing COD 3 online over the weekend made me realize how much I enjoy that game.

What Up:
It is so cold here in KC. Its crazy! To cold to do anything but go to school, work, and watch basketball. My Denver Nuggets are losing game after game its killing me to watch.

U have to go in the game with high hopes Steve! That all star player might not be playing when yall play them. LOL Good Luck!

QOTD:
Still without a doubt NBA 2K7. Till All-Pro come out!!!!!!!

QOTD:
NBA 2k7 following the patch.

It has caused me to totally neglect Rainbow 6.

What's Up?

I got a surprise phone call this morning at 3am - the morning guy called in sick so I had to come in at 4:30am. That's the WORST! I wish I would've gone to bed a little earlier last night.

The good part of that is I get off of work at noon today with my night totally free. I'm starting to enjoy those types of nights more and more. Working a fulltime and a partime job sure can be tiresome. I love what I do, but damn, it's nice to not have anything to do sometimes.

I'm having a blast figuring out Windows Vista on my Home PC. I'm not seeing any of the resource problems others have reported. Maybe my machine is faster than I thought it was.

QOTD:

I'm splitting my time between four games right now and enjoying them all equally. Rainbow 6, Madden 07 for the 360 (I'm one of the few), Zelda on the Wii, and WWE Smackdown vs. Raw are the four. When Crackdown is released, I may have to quit a job or two, just to have time to play all the games I want to play!

What was the "etc."????

Cold here in Detroit as well. I think it's about 20 below. Schools are closed. In fact, of the 83 school districts in the Metro Detroit area (3 counties) only one school district is open. Actually, my cousin is a Freshman in the HS there, so I called him this morning to give him ****. That's what older cousins are for. (at least here in the North.... older cousins in the south...well.... anyway).

Good night to stay in and watch some TV last night because of the weather. "Heroes" was great. "The Class" is quickly becoming one of my favorites shows... totally underrated. And that new David Spade show with Patrick Warburton was pretty damn funny too. Hopefully they didn't use their best jokes in the pilot.

11 Weeks till the NFL Draft! Whooo Hooooo!!

QOTD: I'm actually playing a lot right now. Single Player has been NBA2K7 (360)... Multiplayer has been R6: Vegas (360). But I am also really getting into two text based multiplayer leagues with some great folks here at OS. The BLB (OOTP 2006) and the OSFL (FOF2007) are a blast. Never thought I would mark out for text based games like this, but they are really a lot of fun.

Not much here, its gonna be in the 40's todays, but sadly back down in the 20's tomorrow.

Right now, im playing Madden 07(360) usually against one of my friends completing my season on Live Opponent. Thats a pretty cool thing. Just got my NBA2k7 back so im gonna try that out for size, and of course getting killed by hoosier in Rainbow 6.

I have my easy schedule today, I aide for Physics and then I go to Photo. I have to process two rolls of film today, it shouldn't be too difficult. I have to get a physical after school for tennis today, which shouldn't be too bad. I think this might be my favorite year for tennis, I don't have to see the JV Coach that I dislike, because Varsity is playing their games and have practices at the country club near the school, so I'll see the JV Coach probably 3-4 times at the most.

QOTD: FIFA 07 or Rainbow Six Vegas.

TJ.. we need to have some more online matches in WWE again real soon!

anyways.. another off day for me.. have to do some grocery shopping, but the cold is making me rethink that (lol).. Just trying to come up with some ideas to get my g/f for Valentine's Day -also have 4 other family b-days this month -- YIKES!... Parents are coming home Friday from their trip (what a way to come back- going from temps in the 80's to temps in the 20's)

QOTD: have to say R6, but for some reason I kinda got burned out on it last night & left early.. havent tried NBA 2k7 with the patch yet, so who knows...

What's up all? It was a wonderful 5 degrees when I left my house this morning. Not fun. I need to move down south! Tired today...stayed up late reaquainting myself with the PS3 which I picked up yesterday.

QOTD--NBA 2K7 is my favorite game this past year...It's starting to run its course with me, but it is still great. I picked up NHL 07 last week and am having a blast with that game too.

Well it's 70 degrees here today...I'm actually going to go out and wear shorts while I run errands. Don't wanna have to use the A/C you know!

Spent all weekend working on my house. My girl and I have been living in our house for 7 months now...hard to believe. What's even harder is that it took me 6 and a half months to get a study. I bought a nice L-desk and bookshelf, shredder, and various pen/bill holders. It looks nice. We also hung a bunch of pictures now that all the painting is done. My folks are coming over for dinner tonight so we are excited about that.

QOTD : My gaming time is spilt between College Hoops on the 360 and Medieval Total War 2 on my PC. It's nice to have a variety.

Steve, I feel you on the losing by 40+, lol. I went down last night early in our game, and our team lost by 44 points...

Not a pretty sight.

Anyway, it's came 6" of snow in the past 6 hours... so I'm content right now.

Anyway, I'm not playing anything. If I do play, it's NBA 2k7 PS3... but I'm not even playing it. I guess I'm in a gaming funk so to speak... hopefully I'll break out of it. Although my patience with MS and their Customer Support and shoddy console are making it increasingly hard to continue to want to play.
