NBA Street: Homecourt and Def Jam Icon Screenshots and Movie Clips (PS3, 360)

Playsyde and Xboxyde have both posted some NBA Street: Homecourt and Def Jam Icon screenshots and movie clips.
"Pipomantis and I had the opportunity to try and shoot NBA Street Homecourt as well as Def Jam Icon in Sony's PS3 Living Room. The builds of the game were quite early, and contained several bugs that you'll just have to forget when watching our videos. In other words, don't complain about every glitch you see, because we already know. Anyway, I won't go any further in details as we'll properly introduce the games to you in the next isse of Gamersyde Diaries, coming sooner than you think. Enjoy !"

Colin McRae: DIRT Set For June Release (Multi)

Eurogamer has the scoop.
"Codemasters is planning to launch Colin McRae: DIRT simultaneously on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC in June, the publisher told Eurogamer this morning. "At the moment the guys in the studio are working towards June, more likely to be the end of June I'd imagine," said a Codemasters spokesperson. "As far as we're concerned internally, everything's on track." It will be the first next-gen rally outing for the publisher, who is eager to impress us with heaps of sparkly high-definition mud."

What's Up?

Well, we had our scrimmage last night and it was pretty decent, I suppose. We were runnin' and gunnin' like the Suns for the first 5 minutes, then we all ran out of gas, it was quite funny actually, lol. They went on a run of their own, but we got our wind back. Since it was a scrimmage, there were no referees, so we tried to call things fair. This one time, I went up to lay the ball up and was pushed to the floor, obvious foul, from some guy that was about a foot taller than me. It rolled around the rim and came out. He then said to me, to quit hotdogging. I said hotdoggin? I was trying to lay it up and you pushed me. He comes back and said, "Yeah, and I'll keep pushing you". At that moment, it probably took all of my strength and will power not to push him to the floor, but I kept my cool. I usually don't talk a lot when ballin', as I just let my game speak for itself, but the guy actually had me goin' for a bit there. I ended up draining 2 threeballs in his mouth as the game winded down, so it's all good. I still can't believe he said I was hotdogging, it was laughable really, but when he said he'd keep pushing me, I was almost ready to throw down, which isn't me. Kind of an odd feeling really. The competition in this league is a lot better than the last league I was in, back in the summer and we lost in the championship game. We've lost a couple of guys and added a few, it's hard to say if we are better or worse, can't wait for Thursday, last scrimmage before the season kicks off next week.

Anyways, I'm glad the Wizards lost, no wait, dismantled last night by the Suns. I'm sick of the local media lovefest for the Wiz. Arenas is the man, but I'm so happy they lost last night. The West is so strong, it's just insane. The Pistons would be a 7th seed in the West and they are the #1 seed in the East, it's laughable really.

Enough about me, what's up with you?

What's up?!

It's snowing pretty good here, they are saying on the news we could get 1-2 feet by Friday afternoon. WOW! It's also supposed to have a low of 10, yes 10, degrees tomorrow. Should be fun....

The Crackdown demo is awesome on Xbox 360. I was very impressed with that one.

It's Hump Day, and I can't wait for the weekend. Just no focus or desire to work hard anymore. I need to become rich.

Whats up?

well yesterday I ended up gettin some awesome Taco Bell for dinner...Man do i love the Grilled Stuffed Burrito and a Nacho Bell Grande..Fat but wow so good. Then I played prob 4 hours worth of college football last night, Im still playin on all american in season #4 now and Its gettin a bit to easy but Im going for the 3 championships in a row Achievements and Im still having big trouble in recruiting on the game, Got a whopping 35 players in 3 years and I've gotta fix that or my team is gonna start sucking .

Today I dont plan on doing much besides playin ncaa tonight and trying my hardest to get atleast my 1st ever in season recruit and then make sure I have everything together for this weekend when I go to Orlando, Also I'll be getting back about $1100 in Tax refunds so Yippy

What's up?

Steve...that dude totally pulled a Bill Laimbeer on you! At least you played somewhat better afterwards, but you let him get in your head. I watched Laimbeer do that to Alonzo Mourning at a Hornets-Pistons game back in the day. Zo wound up fouling out within the next 2 minutes and the Bugs lost by 3.

Stephen A. Smith will be here in 45 minutes. For those who didn't see my post in the "What's Up?" thread yesterday, he's in town because he went to school at Winston-Salem State and has a speech or something there, and he's using our studio today to do his show on ESPN Radio 1050 in New York. I'm going to be producing/engineering him while he's here and I'm kind of nervous.

He's probably the biggest name talent I've ever worked with directly. A few years back I helped out and produced Ken Rosenthal (baseball writer) for his show in Baltimore while he was vacationing in Wilmington.

Other than that, I'm loving some Rainbow 6 online even though I suck. Crackdown will be a launch day purchase for me. That demo was a blast! I had more fun jumping up on-top of buildings than anything else!

That's all I got today...

What's up....

Not much here. We've got a nice layer of snow, but it is warming up quite a bit, so it should be another nice weekend to take my girls sledding. Mmmmmmmmm.... sledding....

Totally geeking out on text-based games lately. Thanks to two great leagues I hooked up with here at OS (BLB for OOTP and OSFL for FOF07). Having a great time with them. Even started playing a little Total Extreme Wrestling 07 (from Grey Dog) to round out my text-based-apalooza month.

Trying to finish Rainbow 6: Vegas single-player. I think I'm getting close. I really want to finish it, but at the same time, I'll be bummed that it's over.

Trying to get back into BLOGing. I've been so busy at work, home, and writing reviews for OS that last 3 months, I've had no time. So, I redesigned, renamed and relaunched this week with hopes to update far more often. (Check out the link in my SIG if you're interested).

Doctor's appointment this afternoon so I get to slide out early... woohooo... I'll go straight to the gym from there are get my running in.

BTW, TJ, that guy didn't pull a Laimbeer... Steve pulled a Zeke. Everytime Isiah got knocked down, he'd respond with the ball... If Thomas was half as good a coach/GM as he was a player... he'd have a fist full of rings by now.

What's up?

Just trying to get through this aggravating day at work, too many things going wrong that are just making my blood pressure rise.

The weather is cold here, the snow missed us, but I hear it will get much colder by the end of the week which should be fun.

Last night I was finally able to get through Mission 9, the pain in the *** Spider Boss in Lost Planet. What a relief that was, I am now up to the final boss which I'm looking to complete the game tonight.

I also watched SAW II and III last night, very good movies in my opinion. ECW wasn't too bad, but something needs to change on the show as it's missing those storylines that were there before Heyman was fired.

I'm still debating if March Madness '07 is worth a purchase.

Other than that, nothing too exciting is going on today.
