Trackmania United Screenshots (PC)

Boomtown has posted some screenshots of Trackmania United.
"We received preview code of the retail version today so expect to see our hands-on impressions early next week."

Crazy Taxi Heading to PSP

Eurogamer has the scoop.
"Crazy Taxi's set to make a return this summer - with a PSP instalment mixing the content of the first two Dreamcast games and adding a few new features.

Called Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars, it's being developed by Sniper Studios and offers plenty of single-player content to barge your way through on the PSP's slick wide screen."

Def Jam ICON Hands On Impressions (PS3, 360)

Kotaku has posted their hands on impressions of Def Jam ICON.
"Only two characters were available for play in the demo, Big Boi of Outkast and T.I. of... I have no idea. Since I'm in Las Vegas, I'll just assume that stands for Treasure Island. The two face off at a gas station (with car wash) which doesn't take long to go up in flames.

At first blush, series vets will notice some striking differences. The game has a bright, almost bleached out, dusty look to it. Characters look very lifelike, with realistic cloth movement. The interactive backgrounds are lovingly modeled.

The four face buttons will perform standard punches and kicks (quick, strong, high and low), with the analog sticks performing multiple functions. They'll initiate "force" moves, like spinning kicks and heavy punches, as well as set up grapples for throwing. Hold the left trigger to switch to "activate turntables" to switch the music track and perform a DJ scratch. Scratching?

Yeah. Scratching."

What's Up?

Well, Friday is finally here! I have a 3 day weekend coming up, so hopefully I can catch up on a few things I've been meaning to do. Like unboxing my Wii!

Rumors are swirling that Webber might be on the way to Detroit. I don't mind Webber, but please trade Flip Murray! I can't stand his game. Hopefully Billups comes back soon!

The Boys are out of the playoffs, but I'm pretty excited about this weekends matchups. I'm really looking forward to the AFC games, moreso than the NFC though.

Enough about me, what's up with you?

Whats up?

Well thankfully it is Friday and this week is almost over with. Once again last night I went to walmart to find them having 6 more dvds I didnt have and boom spend another $24...God I hate Wrestling. I did get a .31 cent cost of living raise so I just considered that a gift to myself.

I gotta a pretty good weekend planned starting tonight going to the UGA vs Florida hockey game here in Savannah, Usually a lot of fun and I have no idea how good either teams are..I do know Florida usually sucks. Then tomorrow me and 3 of my buddies are waking up about 6am and were driving up to Atlanta (4 hour drive) to stay with his cousin and going to the Georgia Dome to watch the Monster Truck show. Sounds crazy but its a lot of fun really.

The NFL playoffs should be good this weekend even tho i'll miss most of saturday i'll be keeping up with it and hoping that Steve finds those dvds

What's up?!

I love Friday's, been a long week, but it's hard to believe we're basically half way through January.

Nothing going on this weekend again, which is nice, and I'm only working till 1 today.

Man, I loved going to Monster truck shows, well...I've only been to one of them and it was a blast!

As for the DVD's, don't lose out hope, I was thinking about a spot they could possibly be sitting on my way into work this morning.

That's neat and all, but the real trick will be playing your DS on the Wii.

I got my car fixed this week. That ran about $350. It's an old car, but if that gives me another year its worth it.

I'm looking forward to the 3 day weekend too. My little project this weekend is rebuilding a couple of drawers in the kitchen that were displaced by the new stovetop. Sunday afternoon a couple that we are friends are coming over. They have a two kids so that'll keep our kids busy and I'll have some company to watch the football game.

Yea man The Big Monster Truck shows are always a lot of fun and there reasonably cheap..$15 a ticket and U get a free pit pass before the show..Get to meet the drivers and take some pictures with the trucks and so on. Usually 12 trucks at these shows so they take up to about 3 hours, Being in a dome tho will be a bit different for me then Citrus Bowl and Alltel Stadium..Should be loud.

Awesome man, Hopefully that spot has them sitting there callin your name when you get home this evening.

What was wrong w/ it?

Yeah, I'll probably be going to my parents house and watch the games w/ my bro and his kids. Nat always has a blast w/ her cousins.

Really? Didn't know you could do that. I'll have to find out when the next Monster show is in the area, is there a website?

The more I think about it, the more I think it is THERE! haha. I don't want to get your hopes up tho.

Yay, 3 day weekend and the Seahawks/Bears!

School was boring, as usual. I'm about to head about to the Red Cross and donate some blood, pretty much because I had to do some sort of community service for Government, and I waited until the last minute. I'm glad needles don't bother me that much, so it should be all good.

Depending how I feel later, I might go swap my 360 for a newer one since it's under warranty, this 360 is pure garbage. I got no DDE's with my old one, but decided to change it when the warranty was near it's end because it would lessen the chance of getting a DDE, but of course the new one gets a DDE atleast once every 2 days. So hopefully the newest one will be good.
