NBA Live 07 Interview (Next-Gen)

Our friends over at the NBA Live Series Center have posted an interview with Tim Tschirner, Next Gen Producer of NBA Live 07.
NLSC: "Are there any differences big or small between Dynasty Mode on Next Gen compared to Current Gen? Can we expect all the Current Gen features such as editing jersey numbers, shoes and accessories for our players to be available on Next Gen?"
Tim: "All the major features for LIVE 07 are in both Current Gen and Next Gen - Team Chemistry, the Assistant Head Coach, Player Rotation, the ability to start the Dynasty Mode with a Fantasy Draft or relive the 2006 NBA Draft, the Dynasty Mode Help screens, and much more. And yes, we have as much detail as Current Gen with respect to being able to edit jersey numbers, shoes, accessories, etc. for all players in Dynasty Mode on Next Gen as well."

Need for Speed Carbon Screenshots (360)

Boomtown has posted some screenshots of Need for Speed Carbon.
"I can't help but think that two NFS: Underground games are as much nighttime city racing this series needs. Carbon looks like something of a step back after the technically flawed, but entertaining, Most Wanted moved things in the right direction."

EA Making a Skateboarding Game? (Multi)

Eurogamer has the scoop.
"Simply called "Skate", the game is said to be in development for next-gen formats - including PlayStation 3 - at EA Vancouver, and due for release next year."

Mario Strikers Charged Impressions (Wii)

Planet GameCube has posted their impressions of Mario Strikers Charged.
"The main addition to the title, online multiplayer, was not shown in any form, so we will just have to take their word for it. Most Strikers fans will tell you that thatís reason enough to pick up the sequel. I just wish they'd do a little bit more. If there was one bright spot to the demo, it proved that the nunchuck setup can be effective in a more traditional control scheme, as it felt just like the GameCube version."

Question of the Day

After the basketball games are released, what game(s) are you looking forward to the most?
