Virtua Tennis 3 First Impressions (PS3)

Eurogamer has posted their first impressions of Virtua Tennis 3.
"Even so, one of the things that make Virtua Tennis such an appealing game after all these years is its instant playability, and the third in the series looks set to follow that tradition. The controls and general all-round feel is pretty much spot-on, with the same simple fluidity that allow you to pull off shots from whatever position you find yourself. As ever, you don't actually have to be that near the ball for the intelligent control and flexible animation system to at least attempt to reach for shots, but positioning and timing is nevertheless crucial."

Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam Impressions (DS)

Planet GameCube has posted their impressions of Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam.
"Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam for Nintendo DS using the same (excellent) engine that was used in Tony Hawk's American Sk8land. However, this time each level is a downhill slalom instead of the typically flat cityscapes, focussing on speed and big air. The demo I played had five different levels: Neighborhood Race, Big Air Photo, AirTime, Elimination Race, and Head to Head."

I saw lots of cool games that I want to play. Tops on the list would have to be Final Fantasy XIII and Zelda. The Mario Galaxies, Smash Bros, Yoshii's Island 2, Metal Gear, and Sonic all look awesome too. It has been a while since I saw so many games I've wanted to play.
