STACKED Interview (PS2, PSP)

GameZone has posted an interview with Aaron Rose, Programmer for STACKED.
GameZone: "As a player, what do I have to do to link up with someone using the opposite system? Will there be an icon or something to indicate which players are which when I sign online?"
Aaron Rose: "Each unit needs to be connected to the Internet; once connected the player will need to create unique character identity and password which is registered and saved on the server. Each player profile is saved to the server and can be accessed from either the PS2 or PSP. Once the player is registered online thereís a simple menu based system allowing you to choose between cash games, single table tournaments, multi-table tournaments, etc. But from the playerís perspective, they will not be able to tell if the other players are using PSP or PS2."

FIFA World Cup 2006 Screenshots (PSP)

Playsyde has posted some screenshots of FIFA World Cup 2006.
"EA released 24 images from the PSP version of Fifa World Cup 2006, none of them in actual play mode though. It'll be interesting if the game's controls can be better than the-not-so-impressive PSP version of PES."

Freestyle Screenshots (PC)

Game Informer Online has posted some screenshots of Freestyle.
"Freestyle is a new, unique type of game. In Q1 of 2007, VU Games will publish the first ever Online Sports RPG! Yes, you heard right. Freestyle will take element s from the RPG genre and put them into a basketball game."

Outrun 2006: Coast 2 Coast Hands On Preview (Xbox)

Digital Entertainment News have posted their hands on preview of Outrun 2006: Coast 2 Coast.
"To be honest, I didnít get what I had expected when I popped the preview disc of Outrun 2006: Coast 2 Coast in the Xbox debug unit. I know this may come as a shock to many of you, but I donít actually pay attention to games until they are close to being released. I keep cursory tabs on games to be aware of who is publishing what, but a game can undergo radical transformations in the development process. Iím not negligent about games, but I try to keep expectations low. With so many games, itís hard to keep track of them all anyway. By taking a quick look at some of the available screenshots, I had thought that the next Outrun title would be headed into a bit more ďrealisticĒ territory. Instead what we have is another arcade racer."
