WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2007 Preview (360)

XboxCore has posted their preview of WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2007.
"Last yearís grapple system for SD! Vs Raw gave players new options for grappling. The system allowed them to have up to 3 different grappling styles out of a total of 7. So wrestlers had more originality in their style and in-ring abilities. This time around, players will be given a super-treat, as the grapple system will be handled with the right analog stick for pulling off certain moves with certain stipulations. For instance, in most wrestling games when you choose a suplex for your character, you either get to choose from a normal one, a delayed one, or a super-delayed one with a taunt. Instead, players can choose a simple suplex for their wrestler, and actually get to choose how the wrestler executes the move. If you want to delay the move then donít press anything. If you want to showboat while your opponent is suspended in the air, you can press your taunt button during the middle of the suplex. You can even rotate or spin your opponent during the suspension, before slamming them to the mat."

Game Informer Online Update (360, PSP)

Game Informer Online has posted the following:
  • 2006 FIFA World Cup Hands On Preview (360)
"While the game isnít as complex as far as controls as a Winning Eleven title, it makes the game much easier for soccer novices. One touches, lobs, and through passes feel much cleaner than in RTWC. More precision controls such as directing specifics of a cross pass, faking a shot, or performing trick stick moves are available as well for players looking for a little more depth. However, trick stick moves are going to need some practice, because if you try to get cocky on the field, most of the time youíre going to lose control of the ball."
  • World Rally Championship Screenshots (PSP)
"The worldís most skilled car drivers are braving the cliff roads to get to your PSP in World Rally Championship. Players will race across five continents and 16 countries that will include every type of terrain imaginable. 36 of the best drivers from the 2005 season will man the cars of Ford, Subaru, Mitsubishi and more. WRC will even support wireless multiplayer so you can wipe the floor with your best friendís tailpipe."

Championship Manager 2006 Preview (Xbox)

CVG has posted their preview of Championship Manager 2006.
"But the big changes have happened to the actual matches themselves. While it's still possible to view your team's progress via ball-by-ball text updates, the two-dimensional 'tiddlywinks' match screen of old has been replaced by new-fangled 3D views. They're still pretty abstract compared to LMA Manager's graphical theatrics, each player looking more like a deformed Subbuteo player than a recognisable human being, but it makes following your team's fortunes much easier. And just to make things even more helpful, you can carry on tinkering with your team during matches, CM2006 helpfully sweeping you back to the action with a replay whenever something important happens."

2006 FIFA World Cup Preview (PS2)

GameZone has posted their preview of 2006 FIFA World Cup.
"Enhanced player animations were promised and the developers did not disappoint. The players look more realistic and have increased fluidity. Kicks look more natural. When they run, it appears that real players are out there on the field, not polygonal video-game characters. Face, skin, and body detail has also been improved. I don't know one soccer player from the next, but I can tell you that these guys are looking more and more like real players (as opposed to looking like enhanced 3D characters. 3D is good, but reality is better)."

Winning Eleven 10 Trailer (PS2)
