    "Sony Online Entertainment today announced an endorsement deal with Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling. The World Series MVP is an avid player of EverQuest II and is also a long-time fan of its precursor EverQuest."
  • Test Drive Unlimited PC Bound
    "Atari's upcoming Xbox 360 racer, Test Drive Unlimited, was announced today as also heading to the PC this fall. The Xbox 360 version will ship this summer. The game is said to take place over miles of open road spanning the Hawaiian island of Oahu, and will feature what Atari is calling a "persistent online racing world" is which you will be able to connect to and drive around with other racers all over the world."

GameSpy has posted their preview of Test Drive Unlimited.
"Money's the one thing that you'll definitely need if want to succeed in this game, as you'll have to shell out your hard-earned cash to purchase new rides. The developers said that they strove to create the most beautiful cars ever seen in a racing game, and it looks like they may have succeeded."

That Curt Schilling deal is pretty strange - I'd figure the people that overlap sports and MMOs is pretty small. But good for him.
