TheManRoom has posted their review of Fight Night Round 3, giving it an 8.8 out of 10.
"EA put so much effort into the small details like having the famous Burger King mascot (the hilarious football commercial one – now you’ll have that music stuck in your head all day) replace the opposing fighter’s trainer in the B.K. sponsored fight and showing real-time facial damage, then held back on ensuring the gameplay was on the same level. Maybe they were hoping to draw in a new generation of boxing gamers by toning down the A.I. to simplistic difficulty levels but by doing so have made the game far too easy to plow through, thus alienating the hardcore sports fans from being challenged in a career. The real challenge is taking on human opponents where many hours will be spent and bragging rights secured. Regardless of the gripes or whether you’re a boxing fan or not, Fight Night Round 3 on Xbox 360 is a must-try game for the visuals alone."
