Gameinfowire has posted their review of WWE Smackdown Vs. RAW 2006, giving it an 8 out of 10.
"The artificial intelligence is appropriately tough depending on what difficulty you set it at. When you start out as any character in Season mode, it’s more than likely that you’ll be beaten easily for quite a few matches. You’ll eventually be tough enough to slam even the biggest brawlers and if you do happen to tire of pinning computer-controlled characters, you can hop on the network and play people from miles away in the all new online mode. Online is getting to be more of a necessity in games, especially sports titles, so the inclusion of online play is a big, smart move. When you put all these new elements together with the action that has made all of the WWE’s PS2 titles great, you’ve got one great sloberknocker of a game."
