I actually wake up on my own right when my alarm goes off. I've done it for so long that I hardly even need the alarm.

Nothing much going on today.

Rumors of Bono from U2 making a hip-hop album with Kanye West. Just amazing!

I don't use a alarm. My body just wakes up 10 mins before I'd set a alarm. I can never sleep past 8:30 AM anyway. Unless I'm sick. Sucks though on my days off, but my body wakes up then.

My aunt was took off the vent last night, but they might have to put her back on. That's about all I know as of this morning.

BC all ready wanting a piece of Duke. That's ok BC be careful what you wish for. You might just get it.

I pretty much don't need an alarm either. I set it for 8:30 this morning and woke up at 8:29.

A couple of times I guess. I can't get up if I sleep late instead, I wake up without alarming the clock. Only on the weekends and no schools.

The Clips try to win 6th straight. Sam wanna take a game winning shot but the ref called for the charge. Ugly ending to lose over the Heat.

It all depends on what i do the night before. This morning i think i hit it like 5 times.

As far as whats up with me? Not much going on. just working and trying to put the final touches on my coed softball team roster.

LOL at that ESPN parody! Good to see that the folks at Cracked magazine can still pull off some funny stuff.

I don't use alarms. I could never hear them so when I was younger my mother would wake me up. Nowadays when I have to wake up early I'd go to bed at an earlier time for a couple days before so then my body clock would wake me up.

Last night I got SB XXV! Sadly i'm going to have to sit through Brent Musburger doing the pregame show UGH. The quality on this broadcast is even better then the previous game so i'm pretty happy.

Other then that it's a pretty boring day. Oh I went to see THE NEW WORLD last night as well. Let's just say I fell asleep due to boredom.

Glum day in CT, dark, overcast skies.

Work should go quickly today, lil gym at lunch then I'm heading up to Storrs to see UConn/Pitt tonight at 7:30pm.

I haven't seen a game at Gampel in over a decade so it'll be great to check out the battle of Top 10 teams. Plus we're stopping at D'angelo's on the way up for dinner!

Finally seeing a little snow in Detroit for the first time in weeks. This has been the most bizarre winter.

My wife wakes me up because I don't usually hear the alarm clock (it's on her side of the bed). She gives me the elbow... I smack her on the forehead and that gets me 9 more minutes.

Work is crazy! Our VP had emergency surgery on Sunday so this place is on pins and needles waiting for reports from the hospital.

Read my BLOG! Read it often! Tell your friends! It will make you a better person!

I hit the alarm, at least 2 times, and some times many, many more. I think I have a sleeping disorder. Take for example, last night. I fell asleep at 2 AM, I woke up at about 5:15 AM. It's now 9 AM and I am exhausted, but I am almost afraid to go back to sleep because I have to leave for work by 2:30 PM. I might not wake up when the alarm goes off and that's even if I can get back to sleep. A lot of the time, I will sleep right through the alarm unless it's set for 7 hours after I go to sleep. I was already late for work once last week because of this. What to do? I guess I'll try to lay down for a while and hope I wake up on time.

As far as work goes, it continues to stink, but I'm paying the bills while trying to save up to buy a house within the next 12-14 months. My g/f, or fiancee, whichever you prefer, is responsible for saving half, but I just don't see it happening. I had a guy curse me out at work yesterday for no real reason other than he is a jerk, but what can you do. It really made me mad and I contemplated turning him into HR, but I figured it would cause more problems that it was worth. He would probably be fired, but I'm not one to rat on people. If it happens again, I'll take that step. He later apologized, somewhat, but I don't think he meant it. He seemed to be just afraid of getting fired as I am his superior.

Hopefully, tonight will be better. btw, I thought Edge and Cena had a pretty good match on Raw last night, too bad the ending was terrible as they were trying not to make either look bad. Their plan failed.

I usually try to hit the snooze 3 times. first time it goes off is to let me know that it is in fact 6 am, and that im no longer dead to the world. The second snooze reminds me that if i dont get up and my alarm keeps going off, my almost 2 year old son will hear it, wake up, and start asking for me to get him out of the crib. The third time all hell breaks loose around my house, with wife telling me its time to get up, my son then jumping on top of me and attacking me (he loves to do that), all of us trying to get ready to leave for work. In the winter i take my son to daycare in the am, but in the spring/summer, the wife does and I get to go walk 9 holes before i go to work everyday (nice having a golf course about 2 blocks from your work!).

Hope everyone is having a good day today! I love that cracked take on ESPN and especially bettis. Im so tired of hearing about him and detroit. Like it really freaking matters!

3 times every morning.

In answer to the posed question, I either hit snooze not at all (I just get up and turn the alarm off), or once and sleep for 20 more minutes.

My day got off to a great start; I took a quiz in math, and it wasn't difficult, but I didn't even look to see if there were problems on the back of the page. There were. Meaning the best I can get to start with is like a 50. Sigh, I can be so stupid sometimes. At the very least, we'll have like 6 or 7 more quizzes, so I'm not totally a lost cause.

I hit the snooze twice. Once at 6:03 and then again at 6:10. By 6:17, I'm jumping in the shower and hurrying because I'm running late. It takes me approximately an hour before I leave the house. Gotta try and get to bed a half hour earlier so I wouldn't have to rush in the morning. It never happens though...especially with two kids, one of which is asking a thousand questions and the other following me around the house like a shadow. Having kids forces you to be a morning person. Not fun!

The Kansas Jayhawks are the best unranked team in the country! I can't believe how much fun they are to watch. Brandon Rush, please stay one more year. You're amazing!

Steve, did you ever purchase that one chair you linked last week? Or did anyone else? I'm curious because I'm considering it.

snooze button? what's that? hehehe.. usually i wake up on the first blare (i have it set to a radio station real loud next to me) then i cower in fear until i actually get motivated to get up... nothing on the agenda for today - just simply lounging around for the most part.. really po'd too cause now i cant watch the SB on Sunday.. i was planning on switching for earlier hrs at work... but NOOOOO - my mom decides Sunday would be the day for my brother's "engagement party/brunch" - so i'll be stuck late at work...

ps...sorry to hear pdiddy.. prayers are going out...

I don't think I've ever hit the snooze in my life. I'm much better in the morning if I hop right out of bed and get moving.
