News Post

I'll be packing up tonight and heading off to Tennesse to visit my grandmother, she broke her hip about a week ago. Jets is going to be slapping up a "What's Up?" while I'm gone. I'll try to chime in, if I can find a computer, lol.

The Pistons crushed the Knicks last night, in a laugher. The Knicks seemed lost w/o the best PG in the NBA, heh.

Enjoying MVP 06 NCAA Baseball?

In other news...
Happy Birthday to the following OS'ers!

It's my littlest Princess' B-Day today. She turns 4.

I'm cutting out of work at Noon to have lunch with her and take her up to the gym to go swimming. (Visual: Me + Speedo = Enjoy Your Lunch)

Allergies are kicking my *** the last two days. Really hoping to "veg out" a little this weekend.

What's up with you?

Good luck w. your G-Ma Steve. Broken hips and old people are like Acid and sister jokes, they go together far too often.

I'm thinking about picking up MVP '06 this weekend, I honestly hadn't followed the game at all and had no idea it was coming out this week, or anywhere near this early. It's only $30, but I'm still very into my College Hoops dynasty so I don't know if I'd even have time for it. It looks like a very fun game and last year's hitting system is gone so it seems like I'd enjoy it even more than MVP '05.

Work is going by quick today, it'll be the weekend before I know it. Plus it's very nice here in CT today so I'll be able to go for a nice 3-mile run on my lunch break. Haven't had the opportunity to do that in about two months.

Tonight should be fun, I'm sure we'll go to bar and do the usual w. the guys and girls. Big game tomorrow night for UConn at Louisville. L'Ville is struggling right now, it'd be a pretty big blow if we had a letdown tomorrow and lost.

I won $140 on Pokerstars last night, I'm up a lil less than $500 this week. God bless the poker boom and the influx of idiots that came with it.

Steve, hope all is well and let me be the first to welcome you to God's country. If you check this while you're gone, let me know where you are so I can see how close you are to lovely Knox-vegas. Huge, and I mean HUGE game here this weekend, TN vs. #2 undefeated Florida. And everybody knows how we love our Gators around here. The game is sold out and its supposed to be the biggest crowd in 15 years, well over 24,000. One of my roommates is a manager for the team so he is hooking me up with seats behind the bench, so i'm pumped.

I'm loving ncaa baseball so far. Played a few games online so far, one with gr8fuldave, and while its a little laggy, its not that bad at all. Just need some rosters and I'll be ready to go. Had my second interview with Ed Financial (same co. as Ed South), looks like this might be the place for me. Won't know anything official until next Tues or Wed, but its looking good. Have a good weekend fellas and GO VOLS.

WOOOHOO!!

I'm done with exams, I felt like I hit the AP Computer Science AB exam out of the PARK, man! I feel really good about this one.

So now I'm done with exams, and I get to sit in the computer lab until 11:55, at that time I don't have to return to school until Wednesday. I'll be hanging out with friends for a while today, but then I'm going to come home and start Loading and Firing again.

Maybe I'll get lucky and hit another homer!

Ha... yeah right.

Happy birthday to your daughter Clay. Hope your Grandma recovers well, Steve.

Didn't have to go to school today 'cause I didn't have to take any exams, so it's time to veg out this weekend, already.

Happy Bday to your lil girl Clay, and I hope your grandma is ok Steve. Plus have a safe trip.

Got a viewing to go to tonight for my great aunt she died on Wed. Then funeral tomarrow. *have to miss the Duke game blah. I'll tape it though*. Got 2 days off unexpected from work for it, and get paid that's always nice. Guess I'll pop in 2 For The Money, and play some 360 tonight after the viewing.

Be safe on your trip to Tenn.
I am loving MVP NCAA Baseball, I played about 10 games last night and it is a blast. I am using zone hitting instead of the new lock and fire., the lock and fire is just weird to me.
Happy bday to you little one, me and my wife found out today that she is pregnant. It will be our first little one, I cant wait!

Hopefully I can get to a PC, but since we aren't staying very long, I doubt I'll have the chance if I spotted one anyways. Going to New Tazewell tho.

Good luck on the Ed Financial spot, hopefully they'll be calling you soon!
