We have just posted some more MLB '06: The Show screenshots.
"Coming off yet another phenomenal year, Sony Computer Entertainment America’s MLB franchise, the longest running officially licensed baseball franchise, could be considered a dynasty. Already widely considered the most authentic baseball simulation available, MLB™ ’06:The Show picks up where last year’s game left off, but with numerous gameplay enhancements."

On one of the screens it has on the bottom power swing. I'm pretty sure that wasn't there last year, I guess they brought it back in this years version.

Press square button and player swings with more power. Increasing your chance of a HR and pop fly I guess

Then don't use it. It's not a necessity.

It will probably have the same effect like pushing up on the right analog did last year. I just hope player are able to run into each other this year. Last year they said they had it in but they didnt. It isnt gonna make or break the game for me it would just be a nice add.

They said we have more control but I don't think it's where we want it to be. We will see though.

I am pretty sure they did. At least in Yankee stadium they had a working scoreboard.
