Busy day for the OS birthdays, hope you all have a good day!!

Not much going on with me, good win for UConn last night. Finally decided to crash the damn boards for the first time in a week. It woulda been a much different game if Kirkland didn't get injured.

Glad to see Marcus Vick has taken the Maurice Clarett path. Whatta moron, waste of talent and a disgrace. How did him and Michael get raised by the same parents?

Lets see, what's up?

Leaving on a short business trip tomorrow with the boss to a trade show. Its called MANTS (Mid Atlantic Nursery Trade Show) at the Baltimore Convention Center. It should be good we are only staying for one day.

At the end of January I am taking the wife to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. A little warm weather, eating, drinking and being useless for a week.

Those movie clips of Mlb 06: The Show look good Steve! And we have Mvp releasing next week, it should be good.

That's all I have. Take care!

Hmm well I sent an e-mail to someone and I just saw a delivery notification thing saying it's delayed....Wonder if it's a problem on my part or his.

Anyways my uncle is not having surgery today. Some of my relatives wanted a 2nd opinion but his wife doesn't want him to be transferred to another hospital. They asked if the problem was cancerous but the doctors don't know. So they're going to wait a couple days and if there's no improvement they'll do the operation.

Other then that same old same old here.

I hope all will be ok with your Uncle. He is in my prayers.

Whats up?

Well, my sleep schedule is all screwed up. I took a nap yesterday, from 4:30 to 9:30 PM, and couldn't go to bed last night. So right now, its 11:30 AM, and I've been awake for the last 14 hours. I'm tired, and not done with class until 4. Ughhhh.

My sleep sched. is messed up too. I've been staying up until like 2:30-3 am and waking up after noon. I'll be going back to school on Friday, so if I can fix this, I'll be better.

So.. yeah, I've been watching Scrubs since I got up, basically. I'm in the middle of season 2.

I'm such a dork.

What happened to Kirkland?

LOL, no worries, the Raiders will draft him.

Enjoy the convention!

Mexico huh? Sounds very nice, you lucky dog!

Yeah, I've been trying to get some clips up from MVP, but I've been mega busy at the house lately and haven't had any time. Maybe tonight.

I've been the same way. I'll stay up until 3am playing College Hoops or watching a few episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm, and then I'll wake up the next day at around noon. I head back to Columbia on Sunday, so I need to get back on my normal sleep schedule pretty soon.

We have a nasty mix of sleet and snow today in Kansas City, so I probably won't be going anywhere. It's a nice day to sit back, play some games, and do nothing.

Delayed? Odd...

Oh man, sorry to hear about that SPTO, I'll send some prayers his way.

What are your thoughts on the hiring of Herm?

It's still there, there's still splints in it, it's still waaaaaaaay tender.

Note for anyone ever going to have nasal surgery: don't have a girlfriend cause if you try to kiss her you will have blinding pain.

BLINDING.

I think Herm was a great hire for the Chiefs. I think he's both an outstanding coach and an outstanding person. And I can't tell you how promising it was to hear him strongly state in his press conference: "Defense is hard. Defense is dirty. A lot of players don't like getting dirty. But we will play defense. If their uniforms aren't dirty, they won't play here."

I can't believe the Jets allowed him to go. I think he will be a great coach here, and I'm definitely looking forward to how the Chiefs will look next season!

If I had the time, I'd love to take a nap. Right about now, actually.

How long until it's "normal"?

I think it was a great hire as well. They should be better defensively next year. Should be an interesting season for them. It was unfortunate they didn't make the playoffs this year.
