How did you like those college football games yesterday? There were quite a few good games. I can't believe I stayed up to watch the end of the WV/Georgia game, that was a great game to watch. Did your team win?

The Pistons play the Magic tonight at the Palace. Hopefully they'll bounce back from the dismal performance against Cleveland.

I'm sure for a lot of you, it's back to work or school again. Enjoy the day, lol.

In other news...Got some news links of your own? Post it here!

Happy Birthday to the following OS'ers!
noahsark22 (32), Kalub (21), bags03 (20), bergie56 (20)

Enough about me, what's up with you?

Ohio State played a great game yesterday, only team I hate more than scUM is ND, so I was glad to see them handle the Irish. Score wasn't as close as it ended IMO. OSU blew a few chances to score on a fumble and 2 missed FG's.

Sucks being back to work. So bummed, but it's ok now, now that I'm back here. It almost feels like I never left.

Yeah, OSU pretty much dominated that game. I was thinking it was going to be a show after ND went up 7-0, then OSU tied it up. I was thinking 45-42, lol. Hawk is no joke, he was all over the place.

Well obviously the Irish lost so I'm kinda mourning a bit. I'm a stand up guy and I realize the better team won last night. That's the reason why I have the avatar and title at the moment. I'll be keeping this for the month of January and switch to something else then.

I was so bummed over the lost that I missed the WV/Georgia game. Oh well.

Battle of the worst teams tonight. Raptors vs Hawks. We've beat the Hawks I believe 3 times already and are coming off a 7-7 December after a 1-15 November.

And I know I've said this before, but I love habing 19 more days off until school restarts

Hawk is one of the fastest linebackers I've ever seen, he even seemed faster in the Fiesta Bowl. Maybe added incentive of knocking the hell out of his g/f's younger brother..LOL Or maybe he knew that ND had a Golden Gloves Champion on their team so he didn't want to get over shadowed.

Thought I was going back to work today (a teacher), but we got slammed with snow.. I am pysched with the only negative is that the call was so late that I was actually in my car about to leave. I was happy to go back to sleep though.

The Knicks kept me up last night. Triple over-time. David Lee had a great game and Steph ( I gotta give him credit) stepped up in the 3rd overtime to ice the game. Nice win against a good team especially considering the Knicks missed about 25 freethrows.

Vacation is finally over, what a bummer. It was a great week and a half of free time. The snow is coming down hard and heavy now, all the schools are closed and business is slow today.

I'm excited for the UConn game tonight, Marcus Williams finally returns. I still think we're the best team in the country at this point, I like our size, athleticism, defense, depth and experience over Duke. I can't wait to hear some of the taunts that Marcus will get throw his way.

The bowl season this year has been a total drag, IMO. All these overhyped, useless games just don't cut it for me. Hopefully the Rose Bowl can save it, but I don't think Texas will have much of a chance.

Memphis/Texas yesterday was probably the ugliest basketball game I've seen between two "elite" teams in a long time. Both teams tried hard to lose the game.

Anyway, I'm glad 2006 is underway. It should be a great year for me personally and professionally. I'm expecting big things from my 24th year on this planet.

Heh, lose an avatar bet did ya? Well, at least they looked good on the opening drive, lol.

Not a bad December, I honestly had no idea they did that well.

LOL, yea. They must have mentioned that about 20 billion times haha, it was getting old. Although, she wasn't bad to look at, lol.

What do you think about Favre? Is he going to retire? How much snow did ya get?

I'm pulling for Texas, I love going for the underdog. I think they have a good chance of winning actually. We'll see, should be a great game.

Big things indeed!

Back to work.... oh joy!!!

99% of the Staff is back in the office today, although the President, the Business Analyst, and the Operations Coordinator (the 3 people I work with most often that I don't manage) are all in Cancun. Bastages!!!

I won a lot of money yesterday from some very overzealous ND fans. I know people really wanted ND to be a nice story...and they were... but they are not the same caliber of Ohio State this year. I think the game was a lot closer than it could have been. OSU had a nice, nice team this year. (And this is coming from a Big Blue fan)

Lions snag the 9th pick... the Wide Receivers have already started lining up. The Lion's O looked servicable on Sunday against a good Steelers D.

Speaking of which... I'm ready to officially put Troy Polamalu at the top of his position. Sorry Ed Reed... you're great... but Troy may have the best total package defensive game I've ever seen. The kid is flat out sick.

Went back to the gym yesterday after taking a few days off over the holidays. First day back is a bitch. I did 50 minutes of cardio and a pretty light chests, arms, and shoulders circuit... went home and passed out about 9:15p. I'm still tired today, but it felt great to get back in the gym.

The one down side is that my gym is back with New Years Resolution people who flood in for the first 3 weeks of the new year. You can always tell them from the usuals because of their brand new outfits and shoes.... plus you can actually smell them sweating out the nicotine and alcohol.

I got to do quite a bit of gaming for a change over the past two weeks. Besides my NCAA Dynasty that I always play, I started a Madden franchise with both the Bucs and the Chargers, and I've put in about 15 hours on "The Movies"... lots of fun!!!

What's up with you???

I was supposed to go back to school today, but we got a snow day.

My xbox 360 is scheduled for delivery tomorrow at 7:00 pm, but at 8 am today it was on the truck for delivery, in my town. Hopefully it comes today.

Knicks won a thriller last night. Triple OT. If they could hit some free throws it would have been over much earlier, but a wins a win.

Uconn faces Marquette tonight. Marcus Williams makes his return, and this is Uconn's first challenge since the Gonzaga game. Looking forward to it.

Hahaha. So everyone high standing in the company is on vacation still? That must be encouraging to do good at work!

Oh ya. I'm sure when I get back to school at WSU, the rec center will be packed even more than usual because of all the NY Res'.

Whats up with Dieselboy?

Well, I am home for another few days until I head back to school, but I am ready to go. It has been great to see friends and family again, but three weeks at home is a long time.

Loved watching those bowl games yesterday! Almost all the teams I was rooting for ended up winning, none feeling better than watching ND fall short. Well, because they didn't get the bowl win, they can now say their greatest accomplishment of the 2005 season was the loss to USC. Goooooo Irish!

This is the earliest I have been up in about a week and I don't know what to do. I would like to go work out, but I don't have a gym here and the weather kind of sucks. I still need to do my "Holiday Returns", and go back to the mall. Maybe I could do that today, who knows. The possibilities are endless!

Whats up with you?

What's up! Well, it's the last day of my vacation...lol. I planned it pretty well I think. With Christmas on the weekend, of course the observed day was Monday the 26th. My vacation acutally started on 12/27/2005 and ends tomorrow. So, I haven't been to work since 12/23 lol! I love it. Oh well, all good things must end. The grind begins again tomorrow. I'm already looking at the calender to see when I will schedule my next vacation. I probably will shoot for May or maybe around my birthday in June.

I watched the ND/OSU game and enjoyed it. I wasn't really into the GA/WVU game. I'm not a huge college football guy anyways. I'll be ready for the SC/Texas game. Hook'em!! I'll probably just be chilling out the rest of the day listening to sports radio and firing up 360. The Parcells watch is on. I was thinking about going to pick up his last book today. He is an interesting guy. I hope he's back.

well they are changing things at work - hopefully for the better, since it would "reduce" my workload & getting more staff to my place.. anyway, wonder how Brady Quinn is liking his sister's fiance now... "you cant marry him.. why?.. cause he sacked me"... raining here today - dont mind it as much, but it's that "cold" rain.. & still po'd cause some drunk lady backed up into my car (luckily it was a "work" car) on NYE & dented the hood..

Yeah, the Lions were surprising me. I almost thought for a second there they might surprise a lot of people. Oh well. At least w/ the #9 you'll get a pretty good WR.

I worked out yesterday, it felt good. I'm seriously not going to get lazy like I did the past 2 months. I'm going to get back into my groove.

When is the movie coming?

Nice, maybe you will get it today!

Didn't watch the Knicks/Suns game, but I did see Nash had 22 assists. I'm sure it was a crazy game.

Ugh, holiday returns. Thankfully, I didn't have to do too many this year, but they are all done.
