News Post

Well, this morning I had to get my brakes fixed and power steering flushed. I had to get the pads and rotars replaced on the rear, my fronts were OK. I always wondered what the strange noise was when I made sharp long turns, mostly during U-turns. It turns out, I needed my power steering flushed. I don't hear the noise anymore, woohoo!

The Pistons took care of the Raps last night, but the Raps did come back to make it interesting at the end. The big game against the Heat is tomorrow, should be a great game!

Man, seriously... I need to get more organized. I used to have a **** and span clean desk, both at work and at home. Nowadays, both desks are a mess and I can almost never find things where I thought I had left them. I used to be extremely organized, now I'm just a mess. I think my "New Year's" resolution will be to get more organized, it's amazing really.

Not a whole heck of a lot is up. 4th night of Hanukkah coming up and what a joy it is to see the wonderment in my kids eyes when they find the presents left by the "Hanukkah Fairy". Of all the gifts we've given my 3-1/2 year old, the one he's been most excited about is the one dollar sword my wife picked up for him at the Dollar Store. It was more of a side gift to go along with the main present. We're waiting to give him the drum set he'll go nuts over until the 8th and final night. I'm having a bit of trouble thinking about how noisy it's going to be in our house in a few days. Not too sure about this gift. Oh well.

We're all over the stomach flu or virus or whatever we had. Everyone in my family had it as well a couple nephews, a couple neices, and now my mother. It's typically only been a 24 hour bug, but it is not pleasant.

This very morning I got up early and went to the gym before work. Just did the treadmill for 20 minutes and lifted for 10. I'm surprised at how much more energy I have right now. I'm sure I'll be dragging this afternoon. What this allows me to do is have my evenings free to watch tv or play the 360 and not feel guilty. Gonna try and go a few times a week.

Organization is my achilles heel as well. Will try and work on that.

I'm hurtin' today.

I pulled a 13 hour shift yesterday... went straight to the gym for a 45 minute core cardio class... lifted for about 30 minutes... ate... crashed... woke up 5 hours later and headed back to the office. I need a nap something fierce.

I'm going to try to sneak out early today. Relax tonight. Maybe sneak in some time on "The Movies". I think it may be time to bust out the "Star Maker" application and create "Steve Noah". Awww... yeah.

Hmm well as I was going to log off this morning the stuff I loaded for my karaoke went fruit loops on me! I panicked a bit and tried to remove it, nonetheless I made a few booboos and thought "oh great I F'ed up" luckily the System Restore feature saved my bacon!

Other then that, it's pretty much ho hum today. I went to the bank near here and deposited the 20 dollars I got for Xmas. Oh and i've been watching a lot of HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN....Man now I know who to blame for the preachy religious dramas in the last 10-15 years.

Nothing much going on here today...Have the house to myself for the afternoon with the wife out with her mother. It is a good time for some gaming and getting some work done for next week.

I am in serious baseball withdrawal now. It usually happens about now every year. Spring Training is still a bit off, my HS team that I coach is just in winter stuff, and it is butt cold out. My other sports teams, Packers and Knicks, suck so it has been a blah winter. Baseball can't come fast enough...I am actually pysched about the WBC.

Woke up about 1, and another lazy day while I watch packages come my way from FedEx, Amazon, UPS...

Why can't it just be New Year's Eve yet? I want to go to Walmart to try and get my 360!

I just woke up.

Didn't get hardly any sleep and I am really hungover. Now I have to get dressed and go to my dentis appointment that I put off until the very last minute. Crap, and I gotta be there in an hour and it takes about 45 minutes to get there.

LOL, it's sure to be noisier.

A few people at work have missed a few days because of that 24 hour bug, I hope I don't get it.

Wow, I can't do any working out in the mornings, I have to do it in the afternoon, I'm not a morning person at all. I need as much sleep as possible, lol.
