Wow...33 years old. I'm beginning to feel it too. It's hard to believe I've been on this earth for that long, it literally feels like only a few years. Man, time sure does fly by. I can't imagine what changes we have in store for the next 33 years. Man...33...I feel so old.

Anyways, enough of that, I'm now 78% complete on King Kong, sup EG? I'm also getting even more fired up about the Boys/Skins game. A few guys around here are talkin' so much smack about it, I can't wait to rub it in their faces on Monday morning when the Boys lay the smack down on those candy clowns. Even my best friend called me up this morning to give me a little ribbing. Hey Dan, you're going down and you know it.

LOL, there are rumors going around that Artest might be a Raptor. I wonder what talent the Raps are giving up for him. Could be a very very bad decision, but then again, who knows, it could work out for both teams. Nobody really knows, but it should be interesting. Oh and what's up w/ A-Rod sitting out the World Classic?

In other news...Got some news links of your own? Post it here!

Happy Birthday to the following OS'ers!
BullsIn2009, Steve_OS (33), olyrunner (32), General Grievous (28)

Enough about me, what's up with you? Got any plans for the weekend?

Whats up everybody? I am at work for a couple hours this morning and then I am going straight back to bed. Ah the joys of being a college student with one joke for a final. Got my 2K6 Association going again last night so I am looking forward to playing that again after my obsession with King Kong. What was the last mission that you beat Steve?

While at the movie you dont really notice that you've been there that long. I dont know what EG thought, but I felt that a good majority of the movie there was action. The first 30-45 mins were a little slower but they did have a ton of story to setup. Overall, I dont think I would have liked the movie to be much slower.

Hmm...last mission...Not sure what it was called and don't wanna give it away to EG, but it's a little passed "The Swamp"...a few missions after that one.

I like watching movies in the comfort of my own home, that way I can pause and piss, pause and get a snack, pause and go to sleep if need be, LOL.

The 3 hours flew by, no doubt. I reviewed it in my blog. I couldn't even believe how fast it went by.

Good review... I thought the emotion that Kong showed was excellent. I liked that he definately was more than just some large ape that kicked a lot of ***.

Steve that swap level is intense! You are coming up on some fun levels but that is all I will say!

Yeah, I've heard the final levels are amazing. I hope to get through the game tonight, cuz I really need to start my NBA 2K6 association, lol. I've been playing exhibition games nonstop, I'd probably be in the playoffs by now if I started my association from the start, lol.

Me too. I had started a franchise but forgot about it until a couple days ago. All I had done is play exhibition games agaisnt friends until last night. I lost to the Lakers unfortunately. They have Kobe down though, he started with 4 consecutive crappy shots!

Yep, totally agree. Thanks!

There were some scenes, and I won't spoil it for anyone, but I felt the emotion was real and you "felt" Kong. Don't ask me to explain it...

Just got back from my last final of the semester. Had a tough time convincing myself to roll out of bed at 6:30 to go down, but I'm sure glad that it's all over

I'm heading back to Jersey later tonight. Got a lot of junk I've got to pack between now and then. Going to be tough to cram it all into a bag. I'll have to bring my Tetris skills into use in the real world.

EDIT: Happy B-Day Steve!

I'm going from college today; yay for finals being in the books!

If there's one thing you learn from being a freshman in college, or in my case a first-year (that's what they say at UVA), you learn that you miss home cooking. I am looking forward to dinner tonight.

That and playing XBOX or PS2, neither of which I have seen in months.

Well, there was a brief time when I had bought Blitz: The League and played it on a friend's XBOX, but it got stolen

I also tried to run Madden 2006 on my PC (it's what I was doing "The Dallas Cowboys Dynasty" with in the Dynasty HQ forum), but for whatever reason my graphics card, an ATI Radeon X300, likes to crap out in the middle of games. I still don't understand why, nor do I know how to fix it.

So I have touched videogames, but I haven't really done any worthwhile gaming for a while.

Hi everyone,

Well another week with the kids is over only 26 weeks left until I go back to work. I can't wait for Drew and the Boys to kick the Skins a$$. Do you guys ever notice that all any announcer ever says about Bledsoe is he can't move and is a pocket passer. Isn't that the exact same thing the love about Brady and Manning, that they can stay in the pocket and make the play.

I've been playing COD allot the last few days, what a good game. After all this Kong talk I might pick that up also. I finnal orderd my computer parts, so hopefully they will be here before Christmas. I'll have a Terrabyte of storage, I can't wait.

Talk to you guys later.

B

I'm hoping to see the movie tomorrow while my wife is at work. It looks like it will be stunning.

As for what's going on with me, I finished my last final of grad school last night. I'm looking forward to taking 6-8 months off before I start another one. Tonight I have my company Christmas party. They are usually pretty lame, but tonight they are trying to liven it up with an "American Idol" type performance night. I'm not going to get up and look crazy, but a few people in the company are pretty outgoing and will probably go crazy. There will be booze to help them along I'm sure I've been pretty busy at work lately, but things are starting to calm down because of Christmas and stuff, but it will be nice to have a nice night of getting together with some of my friends at work that I don't get to see much of anymore. Christmas mode for me at work has seemed to start taking affect, as I rolled into work around 9 this morning :y4: I usually get in a 7! Gotta love the loss of production during the holidays

Oh yea, I think I remember you saying that. I take it you never found it huh?

Interesting. ATI comes up w/ new drivers almost every month, have you updated your drivers?
