News Post

Well, the Colts rolled the Steelers last night. If the Colts play like that for the next 5 games, I don't see them losing. Of course if they have things wrapped up, they might rest the starters in the last couple weeks, so we'll see. Teams always have an off week, so it's still going to be hard to keep that undefeated record, but they sure make it interesting. I'm rooting for them to do it, but I just think they'll slip up somewhere. They might sleep on the Titans next week for all we know, that's why they play the games.

Dan has his first basketball practice tonight with his new team. They had some sort of draft after tryouts and the coach told him he was his first round pick, so that made him feel pretty good. He's excited to get back on the court again, I am too actually. It's only an 8 team league, I think and so far his team only has 6 players. Hopefully they all show up for the games, but I think some of his teammates are bringing in some recruits before the season starts, so I'm sure we'll have plenty available.

In other news...Happy Birthday to the following OS'ers!

Enough about me, what's up with you?

Whats up?!?!?!
Well here at work right now tryin to stay busy. I was checkin out those articles you have and the one with the vertical 360 of course if someone knocks it over its gonna mess up the discs. What ******s, anyway I have mine up vertical and the reason why is only b/c it gets its best ventalation that way.

Oh well, just watched the game last night and the colts still look pretty tough and I wouldn't mine seeing Tony Dungy make it to the superbowl and wouldn't he be the first black coach right? Not really much to talk about. 360 is keeping me pretty busy after I go home from workin out and work. I don't care I am getting my money's worth. How bout you? IMO madden is the best football game and I keep seeing new things everytime I play and I fixed my sliders and man this game is nuts. 2k6 is a great game too and I wish they can have live graphics b/c their animations are what makes that game look real. Well whats up with yall.

What up Steve? I'm getting all my ducks in a row to start my moving process to Virginia, gotta be down there on January 9th. Looking forward to starting my new career. As for my current job, I had a real ball last night . We got called for a 50 year old male having stroke-like symptoms, problem was, he weighed 500+ POUNDS! It took a six member crew just to get him out of the nursing home. To qoute Charlie Brown "GOOD GRIEF!" Turns out, there wasn't a damn thing wrong with him after we gave him the million dollar work up in the back of our squad. Needless to say, the ER staff at the hospital weren't to happy.

LOL, I have mine vertical as well.

For me, I love NBA 2K6. The graphics and gameplay are both top notch in my book. The only other game I'm playing much of is Call of Duty 2.

Cool bro, good luck on the move. I can't stand moving, it's such a pain. 500 pounds? omg. He'll probably be calling again w/ the same symptoms.

that story reminds me of a story one of my friends told me (he used to be a paramedic in Minneapolis). This older lady would call 911 about once a month claiming that she think she has a heart attack or whatever...They would always go and have to pick her up and take her to the hospital...but the funny thing is that she would always ask to go to this one certain hospital. Well, what she was doing was that the Hospital she was going to was right next to the mall. After she would get discharged she would just go over to the mall and shop. She was on medicaid so she didn't have to pay for it. So just riding down in the ambulance was cheaper than taking a cab to the mall, because apparently she didn't have a car or something. Well, apparently everyone caught on after like the 4th time she did it, so the next time she called...they stuck her with a bunch of needles and stuff and withdrew some blood....she never called again.

I left early today, and I had a good day too.

Nothing happened until 3rd period, when I had 10 minutes to basically write 6 two line conversations for Spanish. Got it done and got credit. BOOYAH!

Then, after AP Lit, I left to go to an allergist. Apparently, I'm not allergic to anything (that they tested me for). They put a histamine on my back, and dear God, it was f'n torture! I wanted to scratch so bad, but you're not allowed to.

Anyway, there's a turbulant (not quite sure) that's naturally large for my nasal capacity, which is why I have congestion. Soon I'm going to have minimal surgery for it which should help me breathe through my nose.

Then I got a haircut, then I went to EB. That was pretty the most aggravating part of the day. Apparently I can get it sometime before or after Christmas.

Well ****ing great, the only thing I know is that I won't get it on Christmas Day. A lot of great THAT does me. I'll be too busy with my 360 games... OH WAIT!

But I'm home now and I'm OK.

Minimal surgery huh? When?

Just remember, if I happen to run into a 360, it has your name on it.

Thanks Steve. You're awesome.

I don't know when the surgery will be. But apparently it takes like 5 minutes. They just "snip" some of the "turbulent" (still not sure if that's what it's called) off and it reduces the size of it.

Ahhhh, GIGGAS I've had that allergy thing done TWICE.

Was it the thing where they give you like 40 shots in the back and if you get a reaction you're allergic? I did that one time and then I got the same thing done on my arms, they ****ed up the first time, so they did it again on my arm. God, that day sucked total ***.

Allergies are lame, I hate being allergic to grass, I would probably play soccer or football.

School was boring, we watched the rest of Huck Finn in English with a sub, stupid movie, the book was ok.

After not playing my 360 yesterday (I was sick and actually got dizzy while playing PGR3 and NBA2K6), I will play it today.

I was only allergic to the histamine, which is what everyone is allergic to. Damn, that itched BAD.

Anyway, I get to have surgery cause of my anatomical features of my nasal passages.

I was allergic to pollen, grass, dogs (I forget what they put in the shot for animals), cats, dust, mold, etc.

It sucked. I got to play Sonic on the SEGA Genesis though, that was badass. (This was done awhile ago, it was when I regularly got allergy shots, now I do nothing for my allergies and I'm fine)
